| Abstract: | By analyzing characters of manufacturing complicated aerospace products,using theory and method of contemporary project management,this paper explains a few methods in framework of organization,for example,building balanced array framework of organization,effectively resolving the problem in aerospace product-based Computer Integrated Manufacturing System Project organized management,provides useful management experience in enforcing digital project of military manufacturing enterprises. |
