组合弹性支承结构的设计与试验研究

摘    要:组合弹性支承是鼠笼式弹性支承加弹性环(内部充油)的一种支承结构形式,鼠笼起调整支承刚度和定心弹簧的作用;而滑油在压力的作用下,通过弹性环上的阻尼孔,产生节流损失,以提供支承的阻尼。本项研究从影响支承动力特性的各种因素着手,开展设计及试验验证。试验表明,该弹性支承既能起到良好的调频和减振效果,又能起到良好的定心作用。

Abstract:The combined elastic support is one type of elastic squirrel cage support plus elastic ring filled with oil. Squirrel cage is used to adjust the support stiffness and functions as a centering spring. The damping effect is generated by throttle loss when pressure oil passing through holes on the elastic ring. Design and experiment have been carried out on the factors affecting the support dynamic performance. Test results indicate the combined elastic support not only helps adjusting frequency range and reducing the amplitude of vibration but also produces good results of centering.
