谈职教院校的教学管理

本结合我校教学管理工作实际，从教学计划开发、教学管理规章制度建设、教学管理中引入竞争机制，以及师资队伍建设等方面，阐述了职教院校如何适应职业技术教育规律做好教学管理工作，充分发挥教学管理工作在学校各项工作中的中枢作用，保证教学质量的稳步提高。

On the Teaching Administration in Vocational Colleges

Combing with the present situation of teaching administration, the article illustrates how vocational schools should suit the rules of the vocational and technical teaching and do the teaching administration well, acts as the backbone department among all the works in the whole college, and steadily improve the teaching quality from four aspects, which are the development of teaching programs, the rules of the teaching administration, and introduction of the competition system in teaching affairs administration, and the building of the teachers of the college.
