摘    要:建立了一个低压离心压缩机喘振实验台,使用热线风速仪等动态测试手段在级出口管段及储气槽部位,对各流量工况下的喘振脉动波形进行了测量,观察了喘振发生倒流的部位及特点,从而解释了深度喘振倒流的发生机理。同时也证实在深度喘振工况下,气流的可压缩性是非常重要的流动特征。

Abstract:A facility of low speed centrifugal compression system for surge observation has been set up.By means of hot wire anemometers,flow fluctuations during surge along outlet pipe and air plenum were observed.The position and behaviour of reversed flow during surge at different flowrate were observed.Then,the mechanism of reversed flow during deep surge was explained.The results also show that an occurrence point of the reversed flow does exist in outlet pipe while classical surge become deep surge,and this point will be developed from compressor stage to plenum when the flowrate decreases.The stronger the deep surge is,the more the phase shift of surge fluctuation along outlet pipe can be measured.The experimental results demonstrate that compressibility is of great importance during deep surge,and it is necessary to take the compressibility into account even in outlet pipe of the low-pressure centrifugal compression system.
