进气道旋流模拟及测量地面试车台试验研究

摘    要:在地面试车台上,利用叶片式旋流发生器和五孔探针,对进气道旋流模拟和测量进行了试验研究。试验验证了旋流模拟方法、测量方法的有效性及旋流评定指标的可行性,结果表明:叶片式旋流发生器能有效地模拟出典型的整体涡、局部涡及对涡结构,其中整体涡强度可达15°;旋流测量方法行之有效且精度较高;旋流评定指标合理可行,能较为直观地反映旋流流场的强弱和结构。

Abstract:The simulation and measurement of inlet swirl were carried out in ground test bed by using blade type swirl generator and five-hole probes.The validation of swirl simulating and measuring methods and the feasibility of evaluation criterion were testified.Test results show that designed blade type swirl generator can efficiently simulate typical bulk swirl,local swirl and twin swirl;the intensity of generated bulk swirl can reach to 15°.Swirl measuring method is feasible and with high resolution;swirl evaluation criterion is reasonable and can directly reflect intensity and structure of swirl.
