| 摘 要： | 介绍了小卫星星座的概念，研究和发展水平，指出小卫星星座具有单个小卫星无法替代的独特功能，在很多领域有着广泛的用途，同时着重强调了它在军事上的重要意义，针对小卫星星座的自主运行，重点研究了星座自主导航和自主维持技术，最后针对我国小卫星星座的发展提出了看法。

| Abstract: | Constellation has the powerful function that can't be substituted by a single satellite and can be used in many fields. This paper introduces its concept and status of research and development. The significant meaning in military is also addressed. According to its autonomy operating, the technology including autonomous navigation and maintenance of the constellation is emphasized. Several opinions about the development of the constellation in domestic are put forward. |
