| 摘 要： | 通过对环路热管结构中的铝合金和不锈钢异种金属低温软钎焊试验研究,采用锡基钎料配合活性钎剂,将铝合金表面进行预镀镍处理,镀镍层厚度10μm左右,钎焊间隙为0.2～0.5mm,钎焊温度220℃,能够获得质量和传热性能满足要求的热管钎焊结构。
