不锈钢管铜翅片热沉制造关键技术

摘    要:热沉是航天器真空热环境试验设备的重要分系统,提供空间冷黑环境。不锈钢管与铜翅片热沉是近几年发展起来的一种新的热沉结构。文章论述了不锈钢管与铜翅片管板结构加工中的异质金属焊接和一次弯曲成型等一些关键技术,介绍了满足焊接和成型需求的不锈钢管-铜翅片结构设计方式和异质金属焊接可行的一些方法。描述了一次成型设备的设计原理、结构选择、翅片和管板成型方式及电气控制设计,并给出了具体的检验方法。

Abstract:This paper first shows that the stainless steel pipe and copperplate structure are becoming the main components of the new heat sink,and molding technique is the key of their manufacturing. The key technique is explained through two methods of welding and forming. The design principles,material selections,wing molding,the structure of copperplate and stainless steel pipe,wing bending and electric control are discussed.
