正交旋转径向出流带扰流柱的矩形通道出口节流及安装角对传热的影响

摘    要:本文用实验的方法模拟研究了涡轮叶片内部径向出流的矩形冷却通道出口节流及安装角对通道换热特性的影响。实验模型为带叉排扰流柱阵列的矩形直通道。为了研究通道出口节流面积比的影响, 共采用了3个模型, 其通道出口面积 A0 与通道本身的横截面面积 A之比分别为 0.067,0.38和 1.0。为了研究矩形通道的安装角 α对旋转通道的传热影响, 采用了 α分别为0和 20度的两个模型。实验考察了雷诺数 Re和转动数 Ro等参数对传热特性的影响。

Abstract:An experimental research was conducted on orthogonally rotating rectangular ducts with staggered pin fin array and radial outward throughflow,to determine the effects of the duct tip end ejection area ratio and installation angle on the heat transfer of the duct.In order to study the effect of ejection area ratio (the ratio of the tip end ejection area A 0 to the area of the cross section of the duct A) three models were used with A 0/A equal to 0.067,0.38 and 1.0 respectively.For the investigation of the effect of installation angle α,two models with α equal to 0 and 20 degree were tested.The effects of Reynolds number Re,rotation number Ro and other relevant parameters on heat transfer were also investigated.
