| 摘 要： | 提出了二维寿命分散系数和二维强度缩减系数的概念和公式，从而可以综合利用当前数据和经验数据，得到更接近于母体真值的安全寿命和安全强度。该公式不但适用于完全数据，而且也适用于不完全数据和无失效数据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,two dimensional factors of life scatter and strength reduction are presented because of their extreme practical importance throughout life prediction and fatigue strength design.The factors can make full use of previous data and reduce the number of specimens in the present experiment.The safe life and safe strength obtained by them are more accurate than those by the traditional (one dimensional) life scatter factor and strength reduction factor.They are applicable to the complete,the incomplete and the zero failure data. |
