TC11电子束焊接接头组织分析

以20mm厚TC11电子束焊接试样为研究对象,进行金相分析和显微硬度测试。对20mm板厚TC11钛合金电子束焊接接头组织及显微硬度进行了分析研究。比较分析了接头的焊缝、热影响区及各过渡界面的组织状态,并对不同组织的形成机理进行了阐释。     

An optimal microsatellite system for optical remote sensing data management

Inter-Satellite Link represents an innovative aspect in remote sensing missions, allowing the exchange of data between satellites of a constellation according to appropriate algorithms for the minimization of the delivery time of requested data. In a recent study, the feasibility of gaining a long period of Inter-Satellite Link with an acceptable level of Bit Error Rate has been demonstrated by using a Walker Constellation composed of 20 micro-satellites located on Sun-Synchronous Orbits. In this paper, an investigation into the performance of such a constellation through the implementation of an optimal process of target access and data exchange among satellites has been carried out, together with a sizing of the onboard telecommunication system. A process analysis has been executed through the modelling of weighted fitting functions, specific for an optical remote sensing system.     

Application of Contact Graph Routing in Satellite Delay Tolerant Networks

Satellite networks have many inherent advantages over terrestrial networks and have become an important part of the global network infrastructure. Routing aimed at satellite networks has become a hot and challenging research topic. Satellite networks, which are special kind of Delay Tolerant Networks (DTN), can also adopt the routing solutions of DTN. Among the many routing proposals, Contact Graph Routing (CGR) is an excellent candidate, since it is designed particularly for use in highly deterministic space networks. The applicability of CGR in satellite networks is evaluated by utilizing the space oriented DTN gateway model based on OPNET(Optimized Network Engineering Tool). Link failures are solved with neighbor discovery mechanism and route recomputation. Earth observation scenario is used in the simulations to investigate CGR’s performance. The results show that the CGR performances are better in terms of effectively utilizing satellite networks resources to calculate continuous route path and alternative route can be successfully calculated under link failures by utilizing fault tolerance scheme.      

非均匀信道增益控制的多载波卫星容量分析

设置转发器最佳增益,减小功放非线性影响,提高系统容量是多载波卫星通信系统容量分析的首要问题。对于数字信道化转发器,采用非均匀子信道增益调整的思想独立设置各信道增益可以有效消除大小载波抑制问题,提高卫星系统容量。为此,提出一种直接计算求解各子信道增益的算法。该方法不需要采用复杂的优化过程以及矩阵求逆,因此适合求解任意数量链路增益。理论推导得到链路最佳发射功率为地面站最大可提供功率,通过直接计算非线性等式即可获得各子信道最佳增益。同时考虑到功率利用率问题,通过选取转发器最佳工作点,在最小转发器输出功率准则下可以有效提高卫星功率的利用率。实验结果表明,该算法在具有与优化算法相近性能的同时降低了求解复杂度。     

铣削参数对薄壁叶片铣削振动的影响

针对TC11薄壁叶片在数控加工过程中存在振动问题,采用单因素试验法进行薄壁叶片的铣削试验,建立铣削参数对振动加速度的影响模型,分析各铣削参数对铣削振动的影响规律,运用工艺参数区间敏感性分析方法,优选了铣削工艺参数区间。     

基于直11型机的故障诊断与预测管理系统技术研究

介绍了直11型机结构,直11型机故障诊断与预测管理系统(FDPMS)的诊断能力和FDPMS采用的故障诊断与预测方法,介绍了FDPMS的硬件设计方法、地面分析与管理软件设计方法,以及演示验证情况,并给出了研究结论。

TC11钛合金的热态变形行为研究

采用等温恒应变速率压缩试验法,研究了TC11合金在780℃-1080℃和应变速率为0.001s-1~70s-1范围内的高温压缩变形行为。考察了变形温度、应变速率及变形程度对流动应力的影响关系。结果表明,流动应力对变形温度和应变速率敏感,随变形温度升高和应变速率降低流动应力减小,特别是在α β两相区变形温度对流动应力的影响显著。     

固体颗粒冲蚀对钛合金ZrN涂层抗冲蚀性能的影响

采用真空电弧镀在TC11钛合金上沉积ZrN涂层,固体颗粒冲蚀实验研究不同冲蚀颗粒、冲蚀速度、冲蚀角度对涂层抗冲蚀性能的影响,并用SEM观察表面及断面形貌.结果表明,在相同冲蚀条件下,ZrN涂层冲蚀率随冲蚀颗粒硬度、冲击角度及冲蚀颗粒速度的增加而增加,冲蚀角度为90°时,ZrN涂层冲蚀速率最大,ZrN涂层提高了TC11钛合金的抗冲蚀性能.     

试验数据处理中插值问题的解决方法

本文结合试验数据处理实际需要，论述了数据处理过程中插值问题的解决方法，即样条插值法。文中给出了相应的最佳转换公式，并结合试验分析了样条插值所带来的误差，证明完全满足试验要求。
