抗辐照通用扩展SiP芯片设计

研究微小卫星综合电子系统的SiP技术实现方法。首先介绍微小卫星综合电子系统结构的组成和采用SiP技术的必要性，然后对综合电子系统进行功能模块划分，并对其通用扩展模块进行详细的SiP设计，包括抗辐照器件选型、原型验证、SiP原理图、基板管壳一体化设计、建模仿真、制造加工、实装测试验证等，通过SiP技术实现了一种星载综合电子系统中通用扩展SiP芯片产品，经过实际验证测试，在保证模块功能和性能的前提下，整体模块重量从230 g减轻到48 g，体积由180 mm?130 mm?17 mm减小到46 mm?46 mm?8 mm，很好地满足了星载功能模块小型化、轻量化设计需求。     

基于C167CS和MAS3507＋DAC3550解码器的音频播放器设计

多媒体播放器市场的快速发展为低成本的DSP/MCU混合器件的应用提供了发展的良机.本文分析了Infineon(SIEMENS)C167CS的结构,提出了Infineon(SIEMENS)C167CS单片机和MAS3507 DAC3550解码器开发的MP3播放器的方案,采用了自顶向下的设计方法对总体设计方案、硬件各个组成部分(播放器的硬件解码技术、数模转换的控制技术)和软件进行了分析和设计.全部程序用Keil公司的C编译器和链接器编译通过并运行良好,该系统具有实现简单,成本低,运行效率高,功能强大等优点,有很好的发展前途.     

Solar and Heliospheric Modulation of Galactic Cosmic Rays

The significance of external influences on the environment of Earth and its atmosphere has become evident during recent years. Especially, on time scales of several hundred years, the cosmogenic isotope concentration during the Wolf-, Spoerer-, Maunder- and Dalton-Minimum indicates an increased cosmic ray flux. Because these grand minima of solar activity coincide with cold periods, a correlation of the Earth climate with the cosmic ray intensities is plausible. Any quantitative study of the effects of energetic particles on the atmosphere and environment of the Earth must address their transport to Earth and their interactions with the Earth’s atmosphere including their filtering by the terrestrial magnetosphere. The first problem is one of the fundamental problems in modern cosmic ray astrophysics, and corresponding studies began in the 1960s based on Parker’s cosmic ray modulation theory taking into account diffusion, convection, adiabatic deceleration, and (later) the drift of energetic particles in the global heliospheric magnetic field. It is well established that all of these processes determining the modulation of cosmic rays are depending on parameters that are varying with the solar magnetic cycle. Therefore, the galactic cosmic ray intensities close to Earth is the result of a complex modulation of the interstellar galactic spectrum within the heliosphere. The modern view of this cosmic ray modulation is summarized in our contribution.     

Measuring the matter distribution within z = 0.2 cluster lenses with XMM-Newton

We present an analysis of seven clusters observed by XMM-Newton as part of our survey of 17 most X-ray luminous clusters of galaxies at z  0.2 selected for a comprehensive and unbiased study of the mass distribution in massive clusters. Using the public software FTOOLS and XMMSAS we have set up an automated pipeline to reduce the EPIC MOS and pn spectro-imaging data, optimized for extended sources analysis. We also developped a code to perform intensive spectral and imaging analysis particularly focussing on proper background estimate and removal. XMM-Newton deep spectro-imaging of these clusters allowed us to fit a standard β-model to their gas emission profiles as well as a standard MEKAL emission model to their extracted spectra, and test their inferred characteristics against already calibrated relations.

阐述了研制全天球实时恒星模拟器的意义以及国内外发展趋势,介绍第二代恒星模拟器的系统组成、特点、技术指标以及解决的技术问题。     

复合材料层板中就位横向拉伸强度的研究

本文利用弹性力学和断裂力学方法对纤维增强复合材料的横向拉伸强度进行了分析，其中考虑了９０度开裂层厚度和开裂邻层的约束效应的影响，推导出正交各向异性对称铺层中昨合就位横向拉伸强度的数学表达式，得出开裂层的厚度和约束邻层铺设角对就位横向拉伸强度都有影响的结论，理论计算与Ｆｌａｇｇｓ实验结果吻合较好。     

关于危险品运输的紧急救援

危险品运输是技术要求最高的一类特种货物运输。在运输、装卸及贮存保管过程中,稍有不慎便会发生事故,造成人身伤亡和财产毁损。笔者认为:灾害=事故十损失。严格执行危险品运输规章,减少事故发生率,从技术上进行要求。仅是问题的一个方面。而另一方面还应立足于事故发生后的紧急救援,以最大限度地减少损失,两者并重才不致酿成灾害。为此,提出了建立“危险品运输紧急救援中心”的建议。     

Digital Aircraft Sheet Metal Part Manufacturing System and Its Key Technology

The architecture of digital sheet metal manufacturing system is proposed based on the classification of sheet metal manufacturing information.The essence of digital manufacturing is the definition,management and transfer of information,and the key technologies are brought forward and described.It is pointed out that knowledge-based manufacturing elements design is necessary to make digital technology efficient.The management of all kinds of sheet metal manufacturing element information is to build single source of manufacturing data.Multi-state model-based digital transfer and coordination method is designed to provide a foundation for digital manufacturing of aircraft sheet metal part.The application of digital sheet metal manufacturing is exemplified with an aircraft sheet metal part.The application result is compared to that of the traditional analog transfer technology.It is shown that the developed technology can improve part quality,shorten manufacturing time and lower manufacturing cost.     

离心铸造Al—20wt%Si合金自生表面复合材料的组织与性能

采用热模金属型离心铸造Al－20wt％Si合金，获得了外层聚集粗大初晶Si、中层为共晶组织、内层聚集细小初晶Si的自生三层表面复合材料。考察了复合材料的组织形貌，检测了复合材料的硬度和耐性，分析了复合材料的断裂模式。     

新型单级式DC/AC逆变器

提出了两种新型的单级式隔离 DC/AC逆变电源的结构拓扑——半桥式单级逆变电路拓扑和推挽式单级逆变拓扑 ,分析了它们的工作原理及特点。电路拓扑结构简洁 ,可靠性高。仿真和实验样机测试结果证明 ,该电路拓扑在不同性质负载下能够可靠工作 ,电气性能优 ,效率较高 ,适用于小功率高压和低压直流输入电源。
