基于线性稳定性分析的蒸发毛细弯液面的显式稳定判据

蒸发毛细弯液面稳定性对毛细抽吸换热装置的运行有着重要意义。由于弯 液面的蒸发80％是发生在一个微小的区域,即薄膜区,因此可以预期,不稳定性将最先 产生于这一区域。薄膜区的界面会受到多种作用力的影响,例如脱离压力,蒸发质量损失, 蒸气反冲以及温度梯度引起的热毛细作用,其机理相当复杂。本文对处于蒸发状态下的非等 温弯液面薄膜区进行线性稳定分析,并通过施加小扰动于界面演化方程,获得了蒸发弯液面 固有稳定性判定准则。该准则仅取决于毛细管弯液面温度、工质热物性以及毛细管几何尺寸 ,对毛细抽吸换热装置的应用有很好的实际指导意义。
     

International coordination of space solar power related activities

Because the need for energy is global, and many energy networks are already interdependent, because no one country has sufficient technological capability or sufficient funds to provide a space solar powered solution on its own, and because any such solution will require international regulation, international coordination will be vital to any attempt to produce energy for Earth from space. This will be made easier by the fact that work on the subject has already been widely publicized and distributed and cooperative efforts have already been made. Various coordinating approaches are described and the need to forge partnerships between government, industry and academia — with greater involvement of all non-space groups concerned with energy — is emphasized. A “terracing approach” to the actual implementation of SPS is suggested and outlined.     

Comparison of ANN and MLR models for estimating solar radiation in Turkey using NOAA/AVHRR data

In this paper, the estimation capacities of MLR and ANN are investigated to estimate monthly-average daily SR over Turkey. The satellite data are used for 73 different locations over Turkey. Land surface temperature, altitude, latitude, longitude and month are offered as the input variables for modeling ANN and MLR to get SR. Estimations of SR are evaluated with the meteorological values by using the statistical bases. The obtained results indicated that the ANN model could achieve a satisfactory performance when compared to the MLR model. Moreover, it is understood that more accurate results in estimation of SR are obtained in the use of satellite data, rather than the use of meteorological station data. Finally, the built ANN model is used to estimate the yearly average of daily SR over Turkey. As a result, satellite-based SR map for Turkey is generated.     

利用导流装置降低大后壁车辆气动阻力的实验研究(Ⅰ)

利用1/16缩比的公共汽车模型及两种类型的导流装置，在一带有可移动地面和边界层吸收装置的Eiffel型风洞中进行了在车辆后端面的上下边和侧边分别安装导流装置时车辆后部尾流区的压强恢复及气动阻力降低的实验。应用边界层分离理论比较详细地分析了安装导流装置的车辆后部尾流区的流动机理，综合分析评价了车辆表面与导流装置间的缝隙在空气引流及车辆气动阻力的降低中的作用，为新型车辆的设计和改造提供有利依据。
