民用飞机试飞阶段人为因素适航审定技术研究

随着飞机各系统可靠性的不断提高,人为失误逐渐成为系统失效或造成飞行事故的主要因素,已成为设计及适航审定部门关注的重难点问题.当前国内外对于如何验证人为因素是否满足相关适航条款的要求仍处于理论探索阶段.针对上述问题,基于CCAR-25部条款分析试飞阶段民用飞机人为因素适航审定过程,包括基于SHELL模型及T.E.S.T矩阵的人为因素审定条款筛选,基于MOC5&MOC6的试验机符合性验证方法,并基于模糊评判方法给出数据分析实例.本文提出的人为因素适航审定思路及验证方法具有一定创新性,已在试飞阶段ARJ21-700飞机上初步应用,可为后续C919等民用飞机人为因素设计和适航审定提供技术支持和方法保证.     

Parachute dynamics and perturbation analysis of precision airdrop system

To analyze the parachute dynamics and stability characteristics of precision airdrop system,the fluid–structure interaction(FSI) dynamics coupling with the flight trajectory of a parachute–payload system is comprehensively predicted by numerical methods.The inflation behavior of a disk-gap-band parachute is specifically investigated using the arbitrary Lagrangian–Euler(ALE) penalty coupling method.With the available aerodynamic data obtained from the FSI simulation,a nine-degree-of-freedom(9DOF) dynamic model of a parachute–payload system is built and solved to simulate the descent trajectory of the multi-body dynamic system.Finally,a linear five-degree-of-freedom(5DOF) dynamic model is developed,the perturbation characteristics and the motion laws of the parachute and payload under a wind gust are analyzed by the linearization method and verified by a comparison with flight test data.The results of airdrop test demonstrate that our method can be further applied to the guidance and control of precision airdrop systems.     

Flight safety measurements of UAVs in congested airspace

Describing spatial safety status is crucial for high-density air traffic involving multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in a complex environment. A probabilistic approach is proposed to measure safety situation in congested airspace. The occupancy distribution of the airspace is represented with conflict probability between spatial positions and UAV. The concept of a safety envelope related to flight performance and response time is presented first instead of the conventional fixed-size protected zones around aircraft. Consequently, the conflict probability is performance-dependent, and effects of various UAVs on safety can be distinguished. The uncer-tainty of a UAV future position is explicitly accounted for as Brownian motion. An analytic approximate algorithm for the conflict probability is developed to decrease the computational consumption. The relationship between safety and flight performance are discussed for different response times and prediction intervals. To illustrate the applications of the approach, an experi-ment of three UAVs in formation flight is performed. In addition, an example of trajectory planning is simulated for one UAV flying over airspace where five UAVs exist. The validation of the approach shows its potential in guaranteeing flight safety in highly dynamic environment.     

基于飞行签派员的航空公司运行效率提升研究

航空公司运行控制中心是航空公司的核心,而飞行签派员又是运行控制中心的核心,运行控制中心的 效率直接影响到航空公司的运行安全与效益。根据航空公司飞行签派员的特点和管理现状,对效率量化和效 率评估进行分析研究,采用改进层次分析法(AHP)和物元可拓模型相结合的方法,建立适合我国航空公司飞 行签派员运行效率评估模型;针对评价指标在实际情况下更具有针对性和可操作性,提出4项准则和16项指 标组成的基于签派员航空公司运行效率评价指标体系,并进行算例分析。结果表明:所构建的评价指标体系合 理有效,能够真实反映出航空公司的运行效率与飞行签派员、运控设备、AOC组织结构与工作环境和航空公司 管理规定有着密切联系,为公司运行效率的提升提出理论依据。     

飞行载荷发展综述

飞行载荷设计是飞行器设计的一个重要组成部分,是连接总体气动设计和结构强度设计的桥梁。本 文从飞行载荷设计所需要遵循的规范、飞行载荷的设计方法、严重载荷选取、飞行载荷的验证等方面对飞行器 飞行载荷设计的发展历程进行了回顾,并对未来飞行载荷的发展方向进行了展望。     

配对进近模式分析及研究进展

配对进近模式是在近距平行跑道上运行的,旨在提高仪表气象条件下的进场效率的一种高效进近模 式,该模式的完整流程在国内鲜有阐述。本文重点分析配对进近程序在近距平行跑道上运行时各阶段的流程, 以及配对进近程序的实施对机型、设备以及人员的具体要求;结合目前国内近距平行跑道的运行情况,国际上 对配对进近模式的研究和应用现状,指出我国引进配对进近模式的迫切性以及该模式今后的研究和发展趋势。     

The benefits brought by space—General public versus space agencies perspectives

Space agencies and governments have been long striving to find justification for the budgets allocated to non-commercial space missions. The most frequent justifications were scientific discoveries, technological development as well as national prestige. The current study aims to have a different look at the question “Which are the benefits brought by space?” by investigating/sampling/interrogating the public opinion and identifying the perception and view of the generation that form the bulk of the taxpaying citizens for the immediate future and will be actively financing any future missions. The study focuses on the answers provided to an online survey by an international sample of population. The target individuals are in the age range of 25–44 and are users of social networks. They are either employed or students, but they are not directly involved with the space sector. The survey aims to establish whether the promotional activities of ESA, NASA and other space agencies are aligned with the perceived benefits of this sample population. Is space contributing to what the target people consider important? What could be done to improve/change this perception? How did the public perception evolve? Which are the biggest problems humanity is confronted with today according to the sample population? Could space help addressing these major problems? The paper will firstly present the statistical analysis of the sample answers and the conclusions that can be drawn from them. In a second step it will compare the perceptions and expectations of the public in regards to space with the current space agencies strategies and identify the gaps and discontinuities.

飞机放行评估是航空公司进行运行控制的一项重要内容，它直接决定了航空公司运行和服务的质量。文中通过对中国民航大学现有的教学资源和现用的教学方法进行介绍，并进一步提出改革建议，从而有助于更好地搭建实验平台，提高教学质量。
