Considering the important applications in the military and the civilian domain, ship detection and classification based on optical remote sensing images raise considerable attention in the sea surface remote sensing filed. This article collects the methods of ship detection and classification for practically testing in optical remote sensing images, and provides their corresponding feature extraction strategies and statistical data. Basic feature extraction strategies and algorithms are analyzed associated with their performance and application in ship detection and classification. Furthermore, publicly available datasets that can be applied as the benchmarks to verify the effectiveness and the objectiveness of ship detection and classification methods are summarized in this paper. Based on the analysis, the remaining problems and future development trends are provided for ship detection and classification methods based on optical remote sensing images. 相似文献

Remotely sensed high spatial resolution thermal images are required for various applications in natural resource management. At present, availability of high spatial resolution (<200 m) thermal images are limited. The temporal resolution of such images is also low. Whereas, coarser spatial resolution (∼1000 m) thermal images with high revisiting capability (∼1 day) are freely available. To bridge this gap, present study attempts to downscale coarser spatial resolution thermal image to finer spatial resolution using relationships between land surface temperature (LST) and vegetation indices over a heterogeneous landscape of India. Five regression based models namely (i) Disaggregation of Radiometric Temperature (DisTrad), (ii) Temperature Sharpening (TsHARP), (iii) TsHARP with local variant, (iv) Least median square regression downscaling (LMSDS) and (v) Pace regression downscaling (PRDS) are applied to downscale LST of Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) and Terra MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) images. All the five models are first evaluated on Landsat image aggregated to 960 m resolution and downscaled to 480 m and 240 m resolution. The downscale accuracy is achieved using LMSDS and PRDS models at 240 m resolution at 0.61 °C and 0.75 °C respectively. MODIS data downscaled from 1000 m to 250 m spatial resolution results root mean square error (RMSE) of 1.43 °C and 1.62 °C for LMSDS and PRDS models, respectively. The LMSDS model is less sensitive to outliers in heterogeneous landscape and provides higher accuracy when compared to other models. Downscaling model is found to be suitable for agricultural and vegetated landscapes up to a spatial resolution of 250 m but not applicable to water bodies, dry river bed sand sandy open areas. 相似文献

It is well known that tropical cyclones can cause upwelling, decrease of sea surface temperature, increase of chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentration and enhancement of primary production. But little is known about the response of dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration to a typhoon in the open ocean. This paper investigates the impact of a typhoon on DO concentration and related ecological parameters using in situ and remote sensing data. The in situ data were collected 1 week after the passage of the super-typhoon Nanmadol in the northern South China Sea in 2011. An increase in DO concentration, accompanied by a decrease in water temperature and an increase in salinity and Chl-a concentration, was measured at sampling stations close to the typhoon track. At these stations, maximum DO concentration was found at a depth of around 5 m and maximum Chl-a concentration at depths between 50 and 75 m. The layer of high DO concentration extends from the surface to a depth of 35 m and the concentrations stay almost constant down to this depth. Due to the passage of the typhoon, also a large sea level anomaly (21.6 cm) and a high value of Ekman pumping velocity (4.0 × 10−4 m s−1) are observed, indicating upwelling phenomenon. At the same time, also intrusion of Kuroshio waters in the form of a loop current into the South China Sea (SCS) was observed. We attribute the increase of DO concentration after the passage of the typhoon to three effects: (1) entrainment of oxygen from the air into the upper water layer and strong vertical mixing of the water body due to the typhoon winds, (2) upwelling of cold nutrient-rich water which stimulates photosynthesis of phytoplankton and thus the generation of oxygen, which also increases the DO concentration due to cold water since the solubility of oxygen increase with decreasing water temperature, and, possibly, (3) transport of DO enriched waters from the Western Pacific to the SCS via the intrusion of Kuroshio waters. 相似文献

针对单像素相机的运动导致压缩成像品质下降问题,提出了运动补偿压缩成像方法。首先建立运动条件下压缩采样的精确模型,进而分析了逐帧重构与联合重构两种图像稀疏方法。同时探讨了所提方法对于更加复杂运动的适应性以及所提方法成像品质的分布特性。该方法利用成像系统的运动信息重新规整压缩采样,避免了由降低积分时间或者减少采样数导致的成像品质下降。数学仿真与半物理仿真表明,运动补偿压缩成像比未经补偿成像结果具有更好的成像品质。 相似文献

多发多收合成孔径雷达(MIMO-SAR)利用多通道空间并行采样的优势可实现高分辨成像,但不可避免地存在运动误差与海量数据不便于存储与传输的问题。针对该问题提出一种基于压缩感知的MIMO-SAR运动误差补偿与成像方法。首先通过详细分析MIMO-SAR运动误差回波信号模型,在全采样条件下利用两步运动补偿技术实现对回波数据的运动误差补偿处理,其次针对降采样回波数据的运动误差补偿,通过构造变换算子与压缩感知(CS)重构模型的方法实现第1步运动误差补偿、距离脉压以及距离徙动校正处理,然后再进行第2步误差补偿与方位向脉压处理获得成像结果。最后通过仿真实验验证了所提方法能够在大幅压缩回波数据的情况下,实现MIMO-SAR运动误差补偿与成像处理。 相似文献

研究了由多颗合成孔径雷达卫星和一颗可见光卫星构成的空间协同探测系统的工作模式.根据太阳同步轨道和冻结轨道的特点,结合近地轨道遥感卫星的应用需求,选择了轨道半长轴、偏心率、倾角、近心点幅角.考虑到卫星偏航控制对覆盖性能的影响,在不动的地心坐标系中推导了卫星观测方向与地表交点的表达式,提出了确定系统中各颗卫星的升交点赤经和过近心点时刻的算法.给出了包含两颗合成孔径雷达卫星与一颗可见光卫星的协同探测系统的星座设计结果,并利用国际公认的卫星软件工具包Satellite ToolKit进行了验证,表明该设计方法是正确的. 相似文献

针对空间光学遥感数据特点,设计适合于星载光学遥感器数据压缩的算法目前仍然是一个研究热点。CCSDS压缩是适合于空间光学遥感数据压缩的最新标准。该标准由空间数据系统咨询委员会于2005年推出,从空间数据特点出发,可以有效解决数据压缩的问题。另外,利用该压缩标准可以更好的跟CCSDS的其他标准兼容。文章针对该压缩标准进行研究,对算法的实现过程进行了分析,并将该算法的实验结果跟其它的压缩算法做了比较,结果表明,该算法压缩效果与JPEG2000相当,但算法复杂度较低,易于硬件实现,符合星载压缩的实时处理要求。 相似文献
