基于控制线的开式整体叶盘环形刀四轴加工算法研究

针对开式整体叶盘控制线球头刀四轴加工中,刀具易磨损、加工中需要多次换刀的问题,提出一种基于控制线的开式整体叶盘环形刀四轴加工算法.试验表明,该方法在现有球头刀控制线的条件下,简化了环形刀控制线生成的复杂性,并且解决了因球头刀加工刀具易磨损所造成的加工缺陷等问题.     

偶氮呋咱和氧化偶氮呋咱的合成及表征

介绍了高能材料二氨基偶氮呋咱(DAAF)、二氨基氧化偶氮呋咱(DAOAF)及二硝基氧化偶氮呋咱(DNOAF)的合成。其中,采用新型氧化剂制备DAAF,得率提高至65.60%。通过DSC-TG、元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS等方法,对其结构进行了鉴定,并进行了常规的感度测试。感度数据表明,无氢炸药DNOAF的摩擦感度较大,与C-12相当,而DAAF和DAOAF为低感度炸药。     

β Cephei stars from a photometric point of view

This is an observational review, with an emphasis on photometric data and their interpretation. Two lists are presented, one containing Cephei stars, and the other, Cephei suspects. These lists then serve as a basis for discussing such topics as the location of Cephei stars in the observational and theoretical H-R diagrams, the evolutionary state of these stars, the period-luminosity and period-luminosity-color relations, and observational identification of pulsation modes. The paper also includes references to recent work connected with the theoretical discovery that an opacity mechanism is responsible for the excitation of Cephei-star pulsations. Finally, observational programs for verifying the consequences of this discovery are suggested.Belgian Fund for Scientific Research (NFWO).     

Statistical characteristics of locally generated ESF during equinoctial months over Sanya

Understanding the local generation rate of equatorial spread-F (ESF) is important for forecasting ionospheric scintillation. Using the GPS ionospheric scintillation/TEC and VHF radar data during March-April and September-October from 2010 to 2014, the occurrence of ionospheric scintillation, TEC fast fluctuation, and backscatter plume were studied. Through analyzing the simultaneous occurrence of ionospheric scintillation, TEC fast fluctuation and backscatter plume, the local generation rate of ESF over Sanya was investigated. The results show that the monthly generation rate varies between 0% and 68%. A significant equinoctial asymmetry of local generation rate of ESF can be found in 2010, 2013 and 2014. The local generation rate of ESF increases from 2010 to 2014 during March-April, while it does not have similar trend during September-October. The plasma vertical drift influenced by solar activity has a significant impact on the monthly generation rate. The equinoctial asymmetry of plasma vertical drift may contribute a lot to the equinoctial asymmetry of the generation rate of ESF.     

A multi-objective multi-memetic algorithm for network-wide conflict-free 4D flight trajectories planning

Under the demand of strategic air traffic flow management and the concept of trajectory based operations (TBO),the network-wide 4D flight trajectories planning (N4DFTP) problem has been investigated with the purpose of safely and efficiently allocating 4D trajectories (4DTs) (3D position and time) for all the flights in the whole airway network.Considering that the introduction of large-scale 4DTs inevitably increases the problem complexity,an efficient model for strategic level conflict management is developed in this paper.Specifically,a bi-objective N4DFTP problem that aims to minimize both potential conflicts and the trajectory cost is formulated.In consideration of the large-scale,high-complexity,and multi-objective characteristics of the N4DFTP problem,a multi-objective multi-memetic algorithm (MOMMA) that incorporates an evolutionary global search framework together with three problem-specific local search operators is implemented.It is capable of rapidly and effectively allocating 4DTs via rerouting,target time controlling,and flight level changing.Additionally,to balance the ability of exploitation and exploration of the algorithm,a special hybridization scheme is adopted for the integration of local and global search.Empirical studies using real air traffic data in China with different network complexities show that the pro posed MOMMA is effective to solve the N4DFTP problem.The solutions achieved are competitive for elaborate decision support under a TBO environment.

TC4半球形锻件成形工艺改进

通过对TC4半球形锻件成形工艺改进,进一步提高并稳定该产品的锻造成品率,经过改进的成形工艺为中小型设备批量生产该类锻件提供了新的方法.     

TC4-DT钛合金β锻动态再结晶元胞自动机模拟

通过对TC4-DT钛合金β单相区的等温恒应变速率压缩实验,分析合金的动态再结晶行为,并建立合金的动态再结晶的元胞自动机模型(CA模型)。在DEFORM-3D平台上,采用CA法模拟TC4-DT钛合金压缩过程中的显微组织演变。结果表明:随着应变量的增加动态再结晶的发生越来越充分;试样不同部位发生的动态再结晶程度有所不同,中心区域发生的动态再结晶更充分,很好地细化了原始组织;动态再结晶行为随着应变速率的增大而逐渐被抑制,但晶粒尺寸反而减小;模拟结果与实验结果相当吻合。     

全姿态惯导系统全方位射向装定技术研究

由于增加了随动回路控制,三框架四轴平台系统要完成高精度射向装定必须综合考虑基座倾斜等情况.首先对目前工程上应用的按照框架角进行射向装定的方法应用于三框架四轴惯性平台系统时存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一种基于姿态解算的三框架四轴平台系统精确全方位射向装定新方法,并开展了工程验证与精度对比试验.试验结果表明该方法能够明显提高各种载体条件下射向装定的精度及稳定性,验证了该方法的正确性和工程适用性.     

四色定理论证

用离散数学之图论证明"四色猜想",巧妙而深层次地应用数学归纳法和换色法,解决了肯泊(A.Kempe)百多年前提出"不可避免构形集"中的一个地域有五个邻域的情况的所谓"可约性"问题,同时指出了1890年希伍德(P.Heawood)举出的25阶反例(当时,他以此说明"四色猜想"不成立,而"五色定理"成立)与本文中的一种可换色(即"可约性")的典型实例类同,进而简捷而理想地证明了"四色猜想"是成立的,使"四色定理"得到科学的论证。
