FY-3A极轨气象卫星

介绍了我国研制的风云三号A(FY-3A)极轨气象卫星的基本任务、轨道与发射窗口、构型与布局、主要技术参数、探测仪器配置、图像资料传输与存储,以及姿轨控和数管系统等总体概况.分析了卫星的技术特点.介绍了卫星入轨过程、平台和数传等在轨运行状况.给出了遥感仪器的工作及其部分应用结果.卫星近4个月的运行稳定,获取了大量的气象和环境数据.初步测试结果表明:FY-3A卫星大部分仪器性能与国际同类仪器比对一致,已达国际先进水平.     

Phase Equilibria in Nb-Si-Mo Ternary Alloys at 1 273 K and 2 073 K

Phase equilibrium in Nb-Si-Mo ternary alloys （〈37.5 at.% Si） at 1 273 K and 2 073 K is investigated by using X-ray diffraction （XRD） analysis, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）. The partial isothermal section at 1 273 K, which contains four single-phase regions, five two-phase regions and two three-phase regions, is basically the same as that at 1 973 K. However, when the temperature increases to 2 073 K, the three-phase region of Nbss＋ct-（Nb（Mo））sSi3＋13-（Nb,Mo）sSi3 obviously moves towards the Nb-rich comer. This suggests that Nb-Si-Mo ternary alloys remain stable at least up to 1 973 K.     

Multi Objective Robust Active Vibration Control for Flexure Jointed Struts of Stewart Platforms via H∞ and μ Synthesis

Active vibration control is needed for future space telescopes, space laser communication and other precision sensitive payloads which require ultra-quiet environments. A Stewart platform based hybrid isolator with 6 hybrid struts is the effective system for active/passive vibration isolation over 5-250 Hz band. Using an identification transfer matrix of the Stewart platform, the coupling analysis of six channels is provided. A dynamics model is derived, and the rigid mode is removed to keep the signal of pointing control. Multi objective robust H∞ and μ synthesis strategies, based on singular values and structured singular values respectively, are presented, which simultaneously satisfy the low frequency pointing and high frequency disturbance rejection requirements and take account of the model uncertainty, parametric uncertainty and sensor noise. Then, by performing robust stability test, it is shown that the two controllers are robust to the uncertainties, the robust stability margin of H, controller is less than that of μ controller, but the order of μ controller is higher than that of H, controller, so the balanced controller reduction is provided. Additionally, the μ controller is compared with a PI controller. The time domain simulation of the μ controller indicates that the two robust control strategies are effective for keeping the pointing command and isolating the harmonic and stochastic disturbances.     

S1000D标准在我国民机中的应用思考

通过对S1000D标准和IETP(交互式电子技术出版物)系统的介绍,对我国在民机中推进S1000D标准提出了具体建议,同时提出了我国民用飞机电子技术手册发布系统的建设思路。     

以MgO为助剂-βSi_3N_4晶种的制备与表征

在自增韧陶瓷的致密化过程中,添加β-Si3N4品种有利于长柱状晶的形成与生长,可以改善陶瓷的强度和韧性;以MgO为添加剂,通过对原始Si3N4粉进行热处理,制备出转相充分、具有柱状形貌β-Si3N4晶种.重点研究了MgO对氮化硅相变和晶种形貌的影响.实验结果表明在MgO添加量在1.5wt%和2wt%时,在1750℃下热处理2小时能得到β相含量95%以上和具有大长径比的β-Si3N4晶种.     

信念修正与开放逻辑之间的关系

基于全序划分结构给出了信念修正理论中的信念修正操作、信念基修正操作及开放逻辑中的重构操作的统一定义,分析了三者之间的内在联系及本质差别,证明了在原知识库为逻辑封闭语句集且忽视操作结果的逻辑封闭性的情形下,3种运算的操作结果一致。     

双经纬仪三维测量最佳布局

用四个参数描述双经纬仪三维测量的布局,把测量不确定度表示为测量区域坐标点的函数,并以四个布局参数为优化变量,以测量区域中最大测量不确定度为目标函数进行优化,得到最佳测量布局。     

助烧剂对无压烧结Si3N4力学性能的影响

研究了三种助烧剂MgO、Al2O3+AlN和Y2O3+AlN对1800℃×3h工艺下无压烧结Si3N4力学性能的影响情况。发现材料力学性能主要决定于助烧剂的种类,其次取决于含量。其Y2O3+AlN虽使最终生成的β-Si3N4长径比较小,线度尺寸最短,但最利于致密化,因而使材料力学性能最佳,添加量(质量分数)为12%Y2O3+6%AlN时,陶瓷的抗弯强度、断裂韧性和维氏硬度分别达到431.6MPa、5.10MPa*m1/2和14.52GPa。     

三维表面微观形貌的测量方法

分析了表面结构的形成过程及其分类 ,介绍了目前在 3D微观形貌测量过程中广泛使用的触针法、扫描探针显微镜和几种光学方法的基本原理、测量范围、分辨力等特性。最后指出了 3D分析技术的现状和将来的发展趋势。
