给出了基于地球球形假设的双圆锥地心方位确定算法,研究了考虑地球扁率的地心方位精确确定算法,给出了基于扁率修正的日地月自主导航算法。蒙特卡洛仿真表明,对于500km高度,对地定向三轴稳定的姿态运行模式的卫星,在地球敏感器噪声为0.1°(3σ),日、月敏感器噪声为0.05°(3σ)的情况下,导航位置精度能达到800m(3σ),速度精度能达到2.4m/s(3σ)。  相似文献

Laser shock peening(LSP) is an innovative surface treatment method,which has been shown to greatly improve the fatigue life of many metallic components.This work investigates surface integrity of TC17 titanium alloy treated by LSP with innovative square laser spot.Nd:glass laser with duration of 30 ns and spot size of 4 mm×4 mm is applied.The surface morphology and surface residual stress of the TC17 titanium alloy,treated with varying peening parameters such as laser power density and overlapping ratio,have been studied in detail.The results show that laser pulse energy greatly influences surface morphology and surface residual stress around single-spot treated areas,and compressive residual stresses are saturated as laser pulse energy is over 55 J.There are significantly different surface morphologies and residual stress distributions at the overlapped areas with different overlapping ratios.A relative smooth surface is produced with uniform compressive residual stress distribution at an overlapping ratio of 8 %.The experiment of residual stress relaxation is implemented by measuring residual stress at the center of four overlapped spots and by four point bending fatigue test at the frequency of 105 Hz.The compressive residual stresses induced by LSP are found to relax quite slowly under cyclic fatigue loading.  相似文献

为利于沿海靶场激光通信系统的设计与应用,研究分析了晴天、轻霾天、雾天、湍流等常见天气中大气信道对激光通信的影响。针对短距离近地面传输特点,利用经验数学模型仿真分析了激光透过率与能见度以及误码率与折射率结构常量的定量关系。结果表明:激光波长越长,衰减和湍流效应影响越小;晴天大气衰减对通信影响最小,轻霾天次之,雾衰减影响最严重;强湍流闪烁效应对误码率影响较大,但增加链路高度和选择长波长激光可减小影响。  相似文献

基于激光雷达的航天器位姿估计技术是当前在轨服务研究热点。针对失效航天器位姿估计,将通用的图优化SLAM技术应用到空间非合作目标的研究中。为解决SLAM算法在动态场景中产生累积误差问题,利用失效航天器自身运动特点,提出一种基于先验子图检测改进的SLAM算法。在该算法中,通过激光雷达和惯性测量单元分别采集失效航天器及周围环境的点云数据、服务航天器的运动信息,构建出服务场景下航天器的相对位姿图;再采用先验子图检测方法建立不连续的位姿节点间的约束关系;最后用约束信息对位姿图进行优化。仿真结果表明,相较于通用的SLAM算法的位姿估计,该方法减小了累积误差,提高了相对位姿估计精度,可以为后期的导航、控制等在轨任务提供信息。  相似文献

为了提高激光加工航空发动机气膜冷却孔质量,介绍了一种采用焦耳级脉冲能量毫秒激光在镍基高温合金上快速加工初始通孔,再采用毫焦耳级脉冲能量纳秒激光扩孔的二次加工小孔方法。通过该方法试图消除毫秒激光加工小孔产生的再铸层以及解决纳秒激光直接加工几乎无再铸层小孔效率低、深度有限的问题,从而实现更高效率加工高质量气膜冷却孔。试验研究结果表明,该方法可以有效去除毫秒激光加工小孔孔壁的再铸层,改善孔壁表面质量,与纳秒激光直接加工小孔比较,在加工1 mm左右深的小孔时可以提高加工效率,但加工2 mm以上深度的小孔时,对提高加工效率的作用不明显。基于试验结果及分析,对二次法加工小孔提出了改进措施。  相似文献

激光冲击对TC11钛合金组织和力学性能的影响   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
对TC11钛合金进行激光冲击强化处理,通过透射电子显微镜观察不同参数下TC11钛合金的微观组织变化,用显微硬度计和X射线应力测试仪分别测试材料表层硬度和残余应力,并通过TC11钛合金标准疲劳试片高周振动疲劳试验验证激光冲击对其疲劳性能的影响.试验结果表明:激光冲击波作用后表面组织结构发生明显变化,当冲击次数增加,先后出现了高密度位错、位错胞和纳米级晶粒等微观组织特征.冲击10次后,表面残余应力最高达到-632.5MPa,相应的塑性变形层深度达到1500μm左右;同时表面硬度在冲击1次即可提高19%,硬度影响深度为700μm,随着次数增加而提高,但幅度不大.经3次冲击处理的TC11钛合金标准疲劳试片的疲劳极限由原始483MPa提高到593MPa.   相似文献

为了使叶轮粗加工后的通道表面与其设计曲面尽可能接近,将整体叶轮的定轴插铣理论模型概括为通道曲面的最大内接柱面优化问题。同时,为简化该问题的计算难度,将最大内接柱面的优化问题转化为柱面直母线方向和柱面准线的确定两个步骤。提出了确定内接柱面直母线方向的最小二乘模型与解算方法,在此基础上,将通道曲面沿柱面的直母线方向进行投影,通过相关曲线间的裁剪操作,获得了最大内接柱面的准线。以最大内接柱面的准线作为插铣加工时的边界曲线,以柱面直母线方向作为插铣加工时平头刀的轴线方向,给出了计算刀心位置和安全高度的迭代算法。最后通过数值算例验证了所提方法的正确性。该方法将有助于叶轮粗加工效率的提高,同时为叶轮的精加工预留较均匀的加工余量。  相似文献

In this study, genetic resampling (GRS) approach is utilized for precise orbit determination (POD) using the batch filter based on particle filtering (PF). Two genetic operations, which are arithmetic crossover and residual mutation, are used for GRS of the batch filter based on PF (PF batch filter). For POD, Laser-ranging Precise Orbit Determination System (LPODS) and satellite laser ranging (SLR) observations of the CHAMP satellite are used. Monte Carlo trials for POD are performed by one hundred times. The characteristics of the POD results by PF batch filter with GRS are compared with those of a PF batch filter with minimum residual resampling (MRRS). The post-fit residual, 3D error by external orbit comparison, and POD repeatability are analyzed for orbit quality assessments. The POD results are externally checked by NASA JPL’s orbits using totally different software, measurements, and techniques. For post-fit residuals and 3D errors, both MRRS and GRS give accurate estimation results whose mean root mean square (RMS) values are at a level of 5 cm and 10–13 cm, respectively. The mean radial orbit errors of both methods are at a level of 5 cm. For POD repeatability represented as the standard deviations of post-fit residuals and 3D errors by repetitive PODs, however, GRS yields 25% and 13% more robust estimation results than MRRS for post-fit residual and 3D error, respectively. This study shows that PF batch filter with GRS approach using genetic operations is superior to PF batch filter with MRRS in terms of robustness in POD with SLR observations.  相似文献

We are reporting on a design, construction and performance of solid state photon counting detector package which has been designed for laser tracking of space debris. The detector has been optimized for top photon detection efficiency and detection delay stability. The active area of the commercially available avalanche photodiode manufactured on Si (SAP500 supplied by Laser Components, Inc.) is circular with a diameter of 500 μm. The newly designed control circuit enables to operate the detection sensor at a broad range of biases 5–50 V above its breakdown voltage of 125 V. This permits to select a right trade-off between photon detection efficiency, timing resolution and dark count rate. The photon detection efficiency exceeds 70% at the wavelength of 532 nm. This is the highest photon detection efficiency ever reported for such a device. The timing properties of the detector have been investigated in detail. The timing resolution is better than 80 ps r.m.s, the detection delay is stable within units of picoseconds over several hours of operation. The detection delay stability in a sense of time deviation of 800 fs has been achieved. The temperature change of the detection delay is 0.5 ps/K. The detector has been tested as an echo signal detector in laser tracking of space debris at the satellite laser station in Graz, Austria. Its application in lunar laser ranging is under consideration by several laser stations.  相似文献
