To solve the problems in turbine blade investment casting die design process such as long design time,lacking of expert experience and low level of intelligence,knowledge-based engineering (KBE) was introduced in the turbine blade investment casting die design field. The key technologies of the intelligent design method were researched and a prototype system was developed. A hybrid reasoning model was prompted in which case-based reasoning (CBR) was applied to conceptual design and rule-based reasoning (RBR) was applied to parts design after research the design process and domain knowledge of casting die. In the conceptual design stage,a retrieval model which integrated nearest neighbor approach and knowledge-based retrieval approach was prompted to improve the retrieval efficiency. Meanwhile,RBR was used to modify the retrieval result. The practical application results indicate that this system can reuse the expert experience efficiently and heighten the die design efficiency and quality.   相似文献

针对带双级径向旋流器环形燃烧室火焰筒,研究不同紊流模型(standardk-εmodel,RNG(renormalization group)k-εmodel和代数应力模型(algebraic stress model))及算法(SI MPLE(semi-i mplicitmethod for pressure-linked equations),PISO(pressure i mplicit split-operator))对复杂流场求解准确性及效率的影响.火焰筒三维贴体网格采用型线定点与偏微分方程相结合的方式生成,用壁面函数法处理近壁区域流动.计算结果表明,PISO算法提高求解效率;不同紊流模型预测结果均与试验数据符合较好,其中代数应力模型最为准确,更适用于复杂流场的数值预测.   相似文献

An air-cooled probe was designed for measurement of total pressure at combustor outlet; its cooling scheme combined the film cooling and convection cooling. With the aid of CFD technique, cooling effectiveness of the coolant jets at various blow ratios was compared; suitable blow ratios and configuration of film holes were chosen accordingly. The overall cooling performance of the probe was evaluated via CFD technique, the design was improved according to the simulation result, and the cooling effect of the leading edge was obviously strengthened by increasing the local coolant mass flow rate. The results of wind tunnel test indicated that, between Mach numbers 0.2 and 0.4, the probe achieved a high accuracy at various attack angles. The probe was utilized in an annular combustor rig test, the highest temperature reached 1760K and total pressure reaches 1036kPa. The result of rig test demonstrates that the coolant film distribution consistent appropriately with the CFD results.   相似文献

The characteristics of the surface stabilized flame on a porous medium in an annular microscale channel were studied experimentally with methane/air mixture. In the pressure drop characteristic study, three porous media with the same pore diameter and different porosities were used and compared. The substitution of the air for the mixture was verified accurately at first. Then the relationship expression of the air pressure drop characteristic was acquired for each porous medium according to the Forcheimer correlation. The third porous medium was selected for the following research, as it had the expression closer to the Darcys law. As for the ignition characteristic study of the surface stabilized flame, a reasonable criterion was established for the flammability limit determination. Based on the criterion, the result showed that the limit reached the minimum value when the mixture equivalence ratio was 0.9. During the extinction characteristic study, through the well designed operating procedure, the experiment was conducted to obtain the strict extinction limit of the surface stabilized flame. It was indicated that the extinction limit at mixture equivalence ratio of 08 was the least.   相似文献

Manufacturing of composite materials is usually accompanied with residual stresses. These stresses should be evaluated and assessed. To this end, a micromechanical model for periodic material whose temperature dependent constituents behave as thermorheologically complex materials (TCM) has been developed. This model, referred as the high fidelity generalized method of cells (HFGMC), takes into account the detailed interaction be- tween the fiber and resin, their volume ratios, the fibers distribution and their waviness. This model is linked, in conjunction with a special UMAT subroutine, to the ABAQUS finite element code for prediction of the response of thermoviscoelastic composite structures during cool down process. The present investigation shows the effect of the cool down rate on the residual stress developed in the composite cylindrical structures.  相似文献

The Hopkinson pressure bar tests for base metal and friction stir jointing(FSJ) jointed region of 7022 a- luminum alloy are carried out at different temperatures and strain rates. The temperature is 30--400 ℃ and the strain rate is 1 200-5 000 s 1. High strain rate for base metal and FSJ jointed region of 7022 aluminum alloy are studied. The corresponding stress-strain curves are obtained. The results show that the flow stresses of base metal and FSJ jointed region of 7022 aluminum alloy decline with the increase of temperature and increase with the in- crease of strain rate. Furthermore, the constitutive equation for base metal and FSJ jointed region of 7022 alumi- num alloy at high temperature and high strain rate is obtained based on Johnson-Cook model.  相似文献

This paper presented an experimental investigation the effects of the trailing edge cooling on the aerodynamic performance. The experiments were conducted on the low-speed linear cascade tunnel at Northwestern Polytechnical University. The external aerodynamic characteristics in the 40 percent chord downstream of exit plane were measured using five-hole probe with the different ejection rates. The results showed that the total pressure loss coefficient at the middle spanwise plane increased at first and then it has a decreasing tendency with the increase of ejection ratio. The trailing edge cooling would influence the structure of the turbine cascade outlet flow field. When the ejection rate was 3%,the loss area near the blade endwall would become stronger,but it would become weaker with the 6% ejection ratio. On the whole,the trailing edge cooling had more influence on the profile loss than on the secondary loss.   相似文献

In this paper, the effects of the existence of plasma actuator electrodes and also various configurations of the actuator for controlling the flow field around a circular cylinder are experimentally investigated. The cylinder is made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and considered as a dielectric barrier. Two electrodes are flush-mounted on the surface of the cylinder and are connected to a DC high voltage power supply for generation of electrical discharge. Pressure distribution results show that the existence of the electrodes and also the plasma are able to change the pressure distribution around the cylinder and consequently the lift and drag coefficients. It is found that the effect of the existence of the electrodes is comparable with the effect of plasma actuator in controlling the flow field around the cylinder and this effect is not reported by other researchers. Eventually it is concluded that the existence of the electrodes or any extra objects on the cylinder and also the existence of the plasma are capable of changing the flow field structure around the cylinder so that the behavior of the lift and drag coefficients of the cylinder will be changed significantly.  相似文献

We analyze observations of three bow shock crossings which occurred during 2007, using upstream data from STEREO A/B, ACE and WIND, combined with multi-point THEMIS and Cluster data, and TC-1 data located near noon. During the crossing of 7 May 2007, we find that following a rapid reduction in solar wind ram pressure and subsequent pressure pulse seen by ACE and WIND upstream, the bow shock responds asymmetrically from dawn to dusk. Cluster data on the dawn-side suggest the bow shock is significantly flared and responds rapidly to the pulse arrival, while TC-1 at noon, and THEMIS on the dusk-side, are well matched to the model bow shock, but show a delayed response. The crossings observed on 21 May and 2 June show contrasting response matching the model boundary for northward Interplanetary Magnetic Field (IMF). The IMF and solar wind plasma data suggest that the bow shock crossing at dawn-dusk side and subsolar point were mainly caused by large and smaller scale features of the solar wind ram pressure rise rather than the influence of IMF.   相似文献
