环形燃烧室冷态流场数值模拟中的数学方法

摘    要:针对带双级径向旋流器环形燃烧室火焰筒,研究不同紊流模型(standardk-εmodel,RNG(renormalization group)k-εmodel和代数应力模型(algebraic stress model))及算法(SI MPLE(semi-i mplicitmethod for pressure-linked equations),PISO(pressure i mplicit split-operator))对复杂流场求解准确性及效率的影响.火焰筒三维贴体网格采用型线定点与偏微分方程相结合的方式生成,用壁面函数法处理近壁区域流动.计算结果表明,PISO算法提高求解效率;不同紊流模型预测结果均与试验数据符合较好,其中代数应力模型最为准确,更适用于复杂流场的数值预测.

Abstract:Three-dimension turbulence flow field in an annular combustor with two-stage radial swirler was simulated to quantify the prediction accuracy of different turbulent models (standard k-ε model, RNG(renormalization group) k-ε model, algebraic stress mod-el) and the calculation efficiency of different algorithms (SIMPLE(semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations) and PISO(pressure implicit split-operator)) in the complex flow fields. Body-fitted grid of the flametube used in this study was generated by an elliptical grid generation technique combined with the anchored grid method, and the flow fields near the wall were treated by the standard wall function. Computational results show that, PISO al-gorithm can be used to obtain an obviously higher efficiency. Simulation results gained from different turbulence models are in agreement with the experimental data. Among these tur-bulence models, the algebraic stress model is likely to offer better prediction capability for complex turbulent flow field.
