Structural Nonlinear Flutter Characteristics Analysis for an Actuator-fin System with Dynamic Stiffness

The flutter characteristics of an actuator-fin system are investigated with structural nonlinearity and dynamic stiffness of the electric motor. 对气相色谱法检测无水肼中水含量过程的不确定度进行评定,系统分析检测过程中不确定度来源和各不确定度分量对分析结果的影响,通过对不确定度的分量进行分析和合成,可知标准溶液配制的过程、标准曲线的拟合和测量样品时的重复操作带来的不确定度分量是影响无水肼中水含量测定不确定度的主要来源.     

Recent Developments on Damage and Fracture of Thin-Walled Complex Components Produced by Spinning

The spinning technique has been widely used in the manufacture of aerospace thin-walled axisymmetric components because of its excellent formability. Damage and fracture, as the important defects that often occur and must be avoided in the forming and service stages of components, have attracted much attention of researchers. In this paper, the fracture behavior and laws of spinning components such as conical parts, tubular parts, and components with inner ribs are summarized, the typical coupled and uncoupled ductile fracture models are introduced, and their applications in spinning are analyzed. Meanwhile, the recent developments on the modified ductile fracture model in analyzing damage and fracture mechanisms of spinning are emphatically introduced. The results could provide guidance for the selection and establishment of appropriate ductile fracture models in the finite element simulation for the accurate prediction and analysis of fracture moment, location, form, damage mechanism, and evolution law, and help the development of precision spinning techniques for high-performance thin-walled complex components.     

基于动态库的星载软件可重构设计与实现

针对卫星在轨运行、长期处于无人值守状态,主要依靠星载软件的安全性和可靠性来保证整星任务的稳定工作。复杂多变的空间环境可能会引起星载器件的异常变化,从而导致星载软件异常,甚至发生软件"衰老"。本文在分析现有可重构方案基础上,提出了一种利用动态库的静态链接方式实现在轨可重构的方案,针对存在软件缺陷,或者需要功能升级和拓展的模块,利用遥控上注手段,采用MD5算法对数据文件完整性校验通过后,写入文件系统,并对原动态库文件作备份处理,以便版本回退。以具体实例对本文所述方案的可行性和有效性进行验证,结果表明:在嵌入式操作系统架构下,利用本方案实现星载软件可重构,能够有效提升星载软件在轨实施可重构的可靠性和安全性,进一步为星载软件的扩展和灵活应用提供支撑。     

应用非均匀B样条拟合涡轮发动机部件特性

为了使气动热力模型更好的逼近涡轮发动机,应用成熟的非均匀B样条来拟合部件特性.这种方法既可以保证发动机计算的整体性能也大大提高了其局部特性的准确性.单轴涡喷发动机的算例证明了方法的有效性.      

航空发动机性能差异问题的故障部件快速检验方法

提出了一种航空发动机性能差异问题的故障部件快速检验方法.该方法以部件特性曲线为基础,可以快速检测出航空发动机各部件的自身特性变化而排除由于其它部件性能变化引起的工作线变动带来的影响,从而快速判断出故障的部件.该方法特别适用于仿制发动机与原型发动机性能变化原因的查找.      

飞机电源系统参数测试软件的通用性设计

从自动测试系统通用性的角度出发,阐述了ATS软件通用性的实现及关键技术.利用MFC在组件技术的基础上完成了飞机电源系统通用参数测试软件功能组件开发,同时结合GL Studio完成了图形控件的设计和开发.借助于LabWindows/CVI,给出了通用测试软件集成的详细说明和方法步骤.
