一种用于非合作目标惯性指向轴位置捕获的绕飞方法

本文提出一种用于非合作目标惯性指向轴位置捕获的绕飞方法。该方法依据实时相对位置和目标位置确定绕飞坐标系；在绕飞坐标系中，分别采用扇形轨迹和直线轨迹设计了两类接近轨迹规划策略，利用相对位置和目标位置间的夹角进行规划策略选择，以规划得到过渡目标位置，并采用CW制导进行过渡目标位置的接近控制；为保证绕飞过程中相对测量敏感器始终有效测量，还设计了姿态指向控制律使追踪航天器x轴指向目标航天器。数学仿真校验了所设计方法的有效性。

Two-dimensional phase plane structure and the stability of the orbital motion for space debris in the geosynchronous ring

Based on the orbital resonance model, we study the two-dimensional phase plane structure of the motion of space debris orbiting the geosynchronous ring under the combined effects of the tesseral harmonics J₂₂, J₃₁ and J₃₃ of the Earth’s gravitational field. We present the main characteristic parameters of the two-dimensional phase plane structure. We also analyze the stability of the two-dimensional phase plane structure with numerical method. Our main findings indicate that the combined effects of the tesseral harmonics J₂₂, J₃₁ and J₃₃ fully determine the two-dimensional phase plane structure of the space debris, and it remains robust under the effect of the Earth’s actual gravitational field, the luni-solar perturbations and the solar radiation pressure with the normal area-to-mass ratios.     

北斗GEO卫星南北控制对半长轴影响分析

在北斗GEO（Geostationary Earth Orbit，地球静止轨道）卫星南北控制期间，陀螺漂移、姿态控制、轨道平面变化等因素都会对卫星轨道半长轴产生影响，进而影响卫星星下点经度漂移，而在实际工程中难以提前准确预估南北控制对半长轴的影响。根据GEO卫星南北控制特点，分析了各因素对半长轴影响的原因，通过影响因素剥离的方法建立了各因素对半长轴影响的模型，利用在轨GEO卫星历次南北控制的实际数据，验证了模型的准确性并给出了各个因素的影响量级。结果表明，该模型可使得南北控制对半长轴影响的预测精度达到1 km以内，可用于北斗GEO卫星南北控制时半长轴补偿控制。     

Semi-analytical investigations of the long term evolution of the eccentricity of Galileo and GPS-like orbits

This paper aims at investigating the stability over 150 years of a very large number of trajectories in the Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) region, near the orbits devoted to radionavigation such as the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS like GPS, Glonass, Galileo, COMPASS).

介绍了一套用于深空探测的先进通信与导航体制.在综述美国国家航空航天局相关研究进展、讨论这套体制中的关键特征技术的同时,文章利用飞行在地月平动点L3/L4/L5的晕轨道上的中继通信和跟踪卫星,建议了一种超长距离干涉测量(ELBI)技术.探讨了ELBI技术对先进通信与导航体制进行增强的可能性和应用潜力.     

惯性量的几何求法及截面特殊点讨论

本文提出计算截面惯性矩、惯性积和几何方法－作惯性圆法，该法具有直观、方便、简洁的优点。讨论了惯性圆退化一点的特点情形，就任意截面特殊点的位置。     

滚转轴操纵灵敏度与动稳定性分析

在国军标的基础上,结合试飞实际和理论分析,深入研究了滚转模态时间常数过小的不利影响,提出了改进方法,并且结合试飞实际对该方法进行了验证。结果表明:适当调整滚转操纵灵敏度可以提高滚转模态时间常数,从而避免在横向小杆量操纵中飞机出现持续锯齿状滚转的现象,提高了飞行品质。该项研究为完善滚转轴飞行品质评价提供了有价值的参考。     

Evaluation of craters formation in hypervelocity impact of debris particles on solid structures

The aim of this work is to develop simplified model of space debris particle collision on solid structures, which would provide closed form solution formulas for determining crater depth, radius and ejected mass being functions of impactor mass, speed and material of both impactor and target. The model will be verified with results of experiments.
