In the present work, the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTEs) of unidirectional(UD)fiber-reinforced composites are studied. First, an attempt is made to propose a model to predict both longitudinal and transverse CTEs of UD composites by means of thermo-elastic mechanics analysis. The proposed model is supposed to be a concentric cylinder with a transversely isotropic fiber embedded in an isotropic matrix, and it is subjected to a uniform temperature change. Then a concise and explicit formula is offered for each CTE. Finally, some finite element(FE) models are created by a finite element program MSC. Patran according to different material systems and fiber volume fractions. In addition, the available experimental data and results of other analytical solutions of CTEs are presented. Comparisons are made among the results of the cylinder model,the finite element method(FEM), experiments, and other solutions, which show that the predicted CTEs by the new model are in good agreement with the experimental data. In particular, transverse CTEs generally offer better agreements than those predicted by most of other solutions.  相似文献

This paper presents an auto-tuning method for a proportion plus integral(PI) controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drives, which is supposed to be embedded in electro-mechanical actuator(EMA) control module in aircraft. The method, based on a relay feedback with variable delay time, explores different critical points of the system frequency response.The Nyquist points of the plant can then be derived from the delay time and filter time constant.The coefficients of the PI controller can then be obtained by calculation while shifting the Nyquist point to a specific position to obtain the required phase margin. The major advantage of the autotuning method is that it can provide a series of tuning results for different system bandwidths and damping ratios, corresponding to the specification for delay time and phase margin. Simulation and experimental results for the PMSM controller verify the performance of both the current loop and the speed loop auto-tuning.  相似文献

为解决传统载人登月方案中重型运载火箭难以研制、交会对接窗口选择困难等问题,提出了符合我国现有技术条件的基于地月L1点的载人登月方案设想。基于对圆形限制性三体模型和地月三,点特性的分析,将载人登月任务划分为不同的飞行阶段,研究了载人登月任务的规模、系统组成以及各舱段的质量分配等。通过与基于环月轨道方案各参数的分析和对比,提出通过付出较小代价将基于环月轨道的载人登月方案转化为基于地月,L1点的载人登月方案的方法。结果分析表明,经方案转化,不但能充分发挥地月L1点的优势,而且在一定条件下可以使节省燃料成为可能。  相似文献

高效、稳定的涡轮级间支承结构需要先进的设计技术予以支持。考虑涡轮级间支承结构处于高温、多种载荷的工作环境,以及先进涡轴发动机的设计需求,提出了结构设计的基本原则,如小热应力和热变形低,隔振性能良好,极限状态下的安全性好。在此基础上,对几种典型的涡轴发动机涡轮级间支承结构进行了分析与对比,确定了结构多功能、结构变刚度质量分布、连接稳定性和结构与动力学一体化等设计是先进级间支承结构设计的关键技术与发展方向。  相似文献

为研究适用于工程设计的颤振数值预测方法,采用能量法和特征值法对出现颤振现象的真实叶片进行预测。通过将2种数值方法的预测结果与试验结果进行对比,验证数值预测方法的精度和工程适用性。结果表明:2种方法都较准确的判断了某典型风扇转子叶片的气弹稳定性,与试验结果基本吻合,具有较高的工程实用价值。  相似文献

Facing the complex aerodynamic environment of Mars atmosphere, a composite atmospheric entry trajectory tracking strategy is investigated in this paper. External disturbances, initial states uncertainties and aerodynamic parameters uncertainties are the main problems. The composite strategy is designed to solve these problems and improve the accuracy of Mars atmospheric entry. This strategy includes a model predictive control for optimized trajectory tracking performance, as well as a disturbance observer based feedforward compensation for external disturbances and uncertainties attenuation. 500-run Monte Carlo simulations show that the proposed composite control scheme achieves more precise Mars atmospheric entry (3.8?km parachute deployment point distribution error) than the baseline control scheme (8.4?km) and integral control scheme (5.8?km).  相似文献

When Bioregenerative Life Support System (BLSS) is used for long-term deep space exploration in the future, it is possible to perform closed-loop control on growth of microalgae to effectively regulate O2 production process in emergencies. However, designing controller of microalgae cultivating device (MCD) by means of traditional methods is very difficult or even impossible due to its highly nonlinearity and large operation scope. In our research, the Artificial Neural Network Model Reference Control (ANN-MRC) method was therefore utilized for model identification and controller design for O2 production process of a specific MCD prototype—photo bioreactor (PBR), based on actual experiment and computer simulation. The results demonstrated that the ANN-MRC servo controller could robustly and self-adaptively control and regulate the light intensity of PBR to make O2 concentrations in vent pipe be in line with step reference concentrations with prescribed dynamic response performance.  相似文献

Due to the difficulty and expense it costs to resupply manned-spacecraft habitats, a goal is to create a closed loop atmosphere revitalization system, in which precious commodities such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water are continuously recycled. Our aim is to test other sorbents for their capacity for future spacecraft missions, such as on the Orion spacecraft, or possibly lunar or Mars mission habitats to see if they would be better than the zeolite sorbents on the 4-bed molecular sieve. Some of the materials being tested are currently used for other industry applications. Studying these sorbents for their specific spacecraft application is different from that for applications on earth because in space, there are certain power, mass, and volume limitations that are not as critical on Earth. In manned-spaceflight missions, the sorbents are exposed to a much lower volume fraction of CO2 (0.6% volume CO2) than on Earth.LiLSX was tested for its CO2 capacity in an atmosphere like that of the ISS. Breakthrough tests were run to establish the capacities of these materials at a partial pressure of CO2 that is seen on the ISS. This paper discusses experimental results from benchmark materials, such as results previously obtained from tests on Grade 522, and the forementioned candidate materials for the Carbon Dioxide Removal Assembly (CDRA) system.  相似文献

Selective laser melting (SLM) was employed to fabricate Nb-37Ti-13Cr-2Al-1Si (at%) alloy, using pre-alloyed powders prepared by plasma rotating electrode processing (PREP). A series of single tracks and single layers under different processing parameters was manufactured to evaluate the processing feasibility by SLM, including laser power, scanning speed, and hatch distance. Results showed that continuous single tracks could be fabricated using proper laser powers and scanning velocities. Both the width of a single track and its penetration depth into a substrate increased with an increase of the linear laser beam energy density (LED), i.e., an increase of the laser power and a decrease of the scanning speed. Nb, Ti, Si, Cr, and Al elements distributed heterogeneously over the melt pool in the form of swirl-like patterns. An excess of the hatch distance was not able to interconnect neighboring tracks. Under improper processing parameters, a balling phenomenon occurred, but could be eliminated with an increased LED. This work testified the SLM-processing feasibility of Nb-based alloy and promoted the application of SLM to the manufacture of niobium-based alloys.  相似文献

Leakage due to wear is one of the main failure modes of aero-hydraulic spool valves. This paper established a practical coupling wear model for aero-hydraulic spool valves based on dynamic system modelling theory. Firstly, the experiment for wear mechanism verification proved that adhesive wear and abrasive wear did coexist during the working process of spool valves. Sec-ondly coupling behavior of each wear mechanism was characterized by analyzing actual time-variation of model parameters during wear evolution process. Meanwhile, Archard model and three-body abrasive wear model were utilized for adhesive wear and abrasive wear, respectively. Furthermore, their coupling wear model was established by calculating the actual wear volume. Finally, from the result of formal test, all the required parameters for our model were obtained. The relative error between model prediction and data of pre-test was also presented to verify the accuracy of model, which demonstrated that our model was useful for providing accurate prediction of spool valve’s wear life.  相似文献
