飞机数字化工艺技术发展趋势初探

CAPP技术的研究与应用在我国经历了智能化技术研究、单一专业工程应用以及平台化工程化应用等阶段.近年来基于CAPP的工具化系统在我国各个行业制造业中得到普遍应用,并且取得了良好的应用效果.     

IMP S-网络接口通信可靠性的改进

由于在Ｓ－网络上的ＩＭＰ Ｓ－网络接口在线路上存在自身的缺陷，往往使其与主控计算机之间的通信受阻。本文从线路上改进了ＩＭＰ Ｓ－网络接口，从而使通信更加稳定、可靠。     

高速加工HSK工具系统的力学模型

根据HSK工具系统的结构和工作机理建立了HSK工具系统的力学模型,分析了影响工具系统刚度的主要因素和载荷与加工质量之间的关系,揭示出HSK工具系统刚度变化的基本规律,理论分析结果与实验结果吻合.在此基础上,提出评估工具系统的性能不仅要考虑工具系统的静刚度,而且要进一步考虑工具系统的动刚度.最后,给出了HSK工具系统型号的选择原则,并建立了相应的优化操作条件.     

Morphology and Frictional Characteristics Under Electrical Currents of Al203/Cu Composites Prepared by Internal Oxidation

Two AhO3/Cu composites containing 0.24 wt.% A1203 and 0.60 wt.% A1203 separately are prepared by internal oxidation.Effectsof sliding speed and pressure on the fi-ictional characteristics of the composites and copper against brass are investigated and compared.The changes in morphology of the sliding surface and subsurface are examined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS).The results show that the wear resistance of the AI203/Cu composites is superior to that of copperunder the same conditions.Under a given electrical current,the wear rate of AI203/Cu composites decreases as the AleO3-content increases.However,the wear rates of the Al203/Cu composites and copper increase as the sliding speed and pressure increase under drysliding condition.The main wear mechanisms for AleO3/Cu composites are of abrasion and adhesion;for copper,it is adhesion,although wear by oxidation and electrical erosion can also be observed as the speed and pressure rise.     

一种摇臂式起落架的两种建模及结果对比

为了满足适坠性能要求,一种摇臂式起落架采用了双腔缓冲器。本文详细推导了拉格朗日方程下该起落架的动力学方程,并编程数值计算了四种状态的着陆性能。同时在Adams/Aircraft平台下建立了该起落架模型,通过编写子程序的方法实现了该双腔缓冲器的功能扩展。Adams/Aircraft平台下的仿真结果与数值计算的结果吻合较好,为起落架性能分析提供了很好的相互验证方法。     

无人机飞行控制系统先进设计技术评述

首先简要回顾了无人机飞行控制系统经典设计方法,然后着重论述了目前国外在无人机飞行控制系统设计领域的最新研究成果,包括动态逆技术、BACKSTEPPING自适应技术及综合制导与控制技术。     

密集有源多假目标的压制干扰效果分析与仿真

多假目标干扰在现代电子战中应用日益广泛。随着工作状态参数的不同,多假目标干扰呈现出不同的干扰效果。在讨论密集多假目标产生方法的基础上,针对两种不同的恒虚警处理,详细分析了密集多假目标的干扰效果,得到一些有价值的结论:当密集程度较高时,多假目标干扰可以起到类似噪声的压制作用,最后进行了仿真验证。     

激光光纤准直系统的试验研究

介绍一种新的激光准直系统,该系统通过单模光纤建立新的光发射基准,从而有效地抑制了由于激光腔热变形而产生的光束漂移。另外,该系统采用了标量卡尔曼数字滤波器耒降低大气扰动和其他环境因素对测量的影响,在2.5m的测量范围内,系统稳定性可以控制在±1.5μm以下。该系统适用于作为形状误差和运动误差测量时的直线基准。     

矩形截面弯管内气固两相流及对管壁磨损的数值分析

在便于描述矩形截面弯管流动的曲线坐标系中，计算了气固两相流，颗粒对管壁的磨损位置与磨损量。分析了弯管曲率、弯管安放方式、颗粒大小对磨损状况的影响。本文计算与实验数据比较，符合良好。     

Event-triggered attitude control of spacecraft

The problem of spacecraft attitude stabilization control system with limited communication and external disturbances is investigated based on an event-triggered control scheme. In the proposed scheme, information of attitude and control torque only need to be transmitted at some discrete triggered times when a defined measurement error exceeds a state-dependent threshold. The proposed control scheme not only guarantees that spacecraft attitude control errors converge toward a small invariant set containing the origin, but also ensures that there is no accumulation of triggering instants. The performance of the proposed control scheme is demonstrated through numerical simulation.
