在对十多年来企业统计改革的回顾和对改革现状进行分析的基础上,从企业统计服务对象、功能、内容、任务和范围、调查方法、工作方式、管理体制等方面,深入阐述了适应市场经济要求的企业统计模式,并提出从解放思想、更新观念,提高企业统计人员业务理论素质、转变政府职能等方面加速企业统计改革。     

Gamma-ray detector on board lunar mission Chang’E-1

Gamma-ray spectrometer (GRS) is included in the payload of Chinese first lunar mission Chang’E-1 that will be launched in 2007. Specific objectives of the GRS are to map abundance of O, Si, Fe, Ti, U, Th, K, and perhaps, Mg, Al, and Ca to depths of about 20 cm. There are remarkable advantages for GRS application to remote sensing elemental materials over the entire lunar surface: large effective area and good ability for background rejection. We will describe the design of GRS and present its performance in this paper. Moreover, the GRS calibration will also be introduced.     

A 2-D comparison of ionospheric convection derived from SuperDARN and DMSP measurements

Ion drift vectors measured by the DMSP satellites are compared with plasma convection vectors obtained by the SuperDARN HF radars through the standard Map Potential algorithm of Ruohoniemi and Baker [Ruohoniemi, M., Baker, K.B. Large-scale imaging of high-latitude convection with super dual auroral radar network HF radar observations. J. Geophys. Res. 103, 20797–20811, 1998]. Despite significant data spread, the agreement can be qualified as reasonable for a data set comprising of 149 satellite passes over the Northern Hemisphere at high latitudes. The slope of the best-fit line relating SuperDARN and DMSP velocity magnitudes is of the order of 0.3 with a tendency for the SuperDARN velocities to be smaller. The agreement between the azimuths of the ion drift and convection is better with the slope of the best-fit line being close to 1. It is shown that consistency between the radar and satellite measurements is much better if the SuperDARN line-of-sight velocities are compared with the DMSP cross-track ion drifts for events showing slow spatial and temporal variations of the convection. If areas of strong convection changes are included into comparison, the degree of agreement deteriorates drastically. This result implies that differences in the spatial and temporal resolutions of DMSP and SuperDARN measurements are crucial factors contributing to the observed discrepancies. In addition, some differences are introduced when the SuperDARN line-of-sight velocities are filtered and reprocessed into vectors with the application of a background convection model.

在语课教学中，大多数教师都采用讲读的方法，而且千篇一律，不分题材。但在《滕王阁序》一的教学中，我认为采用诵读法教学，会达到事半功倍的效果，不仅提高了教学效率的质量，还使学生愉悦地接受了知识。因此在《滕王阁序》一的教学中，采用诵读法不失为一种好的教学方法。     

FOPEN SAR imaging using UWB step-frequency and random noisewaveforms

The detection and identification of targets obscured by foliage have been topics of great interest. Several synthetic aperture radar (SAR) experiments have demonstrated promising images of terrain and man-made objects obscured by dense foliage, by using either linear frequency modulation (LFM) or step-frequency waveforms. We present here the methodology and results of a comparative study on foliage penetration (FOPEN) SAR imaging using ultrawideband (UWB) step-frequency and random noise waveforms. A statistical-physical foliage transmission model is developed for simulation applications. The foliage obscuring pattern is analyzed by means of the technique of paired echoes. The results of the comparative study demonstrates the ability of a UHF band UWB random noise radar to be used as a FOPEN SAR. Advantages of the random noise radar system include covert detection and immunity to radio frequency interference (RFI)     

S_2流面正命题适用于纯物质流体的变分原理族及其对偶变分原理族

本文建立了适用于纯物质流体轴流式S_2流面正命题的变分原理族及其对偶变分原理族。证明了其中的两条狭义变分原理在均转子焓均熵条件下在亚声速区内分别为极大值原理和极小值原理。在变分原理的构造中,采用吉布斯关系作为约束,从而使这些变分原理适用于纯物质流体。     

非晶态(Fe_(0.5)Ni_(0.5))_(80-x)Cr_xP_(14)B_6合金的内禀磁性和热稳定性的研究

对Cr含量变化对非晶态(Fe_(0.5)Ni_(0.5))_(80-x)Cr_xP_(14)B_6(x=0,1,2,3,4,6,10)合金薄带样品的内禀磁性和热稳定性进行了研究。对所得的随着Cr含量增加,样品的磁性原子的平均磁矩(?)和居里温度T_c的减少,热稳定性的提高等结果进行了讨论。当Cr含量x=4at％时,样品表现出一些特殊性质;而当x>4at％和<4at％时,样品的磁性和热稳定性的变化不尽相同。
