Fatigue crack propagation of new aluminum lithium alloy bonded with titanium alloy strap

A new type of aluminum lithium alloy (Al-Li alloy) Al-Li-S-4 was investigated by test in this paper. Alloy plate of 400 mm · 140 mm · 6 mm with single edge notch was made into samples bonded with Ti-6Al-4V alloy (Ti alloy) strap by FM 94 film adhesive after the surface was treated. Fatigue crack growth of samples was investigated under cyclic loading with stress ratio (R) of 0.1 and load amplitude constant. The results show that Al-Li alloy plate bonded with Ti alloy strap could retard fatigue crack propagation. Retardation effect is related with width and thickness of strap. Flaws have an observable effect on crack propagation direction.

循环热处理工艺对熔模精铸钛铝基合金组织与性能的影响

循环热处理工艺主要是通过在回火过程中的不连续粗化反应细化合金的组织,循环次数和保温时间对循环热处理的效果有明显的影响。循环热处理工艺通过细化熔模精铸Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金的组织改善了其力学性能,经过循环热处理后合金的室温最大拉应变也达到了0.68%。对合金的室温拉伸断口分析可知,热处理后合金的室温拉伸断裂方式仍以穿层片断裂为主,没有出现明显的屈服。     

分布式干扰仿真研究

在简要分析旁瓣对消原理的基础上,通过建模与仿真对多干扰机分布式干扰对抗雷达旁瓣对消的效果进行了分析,结果表明,多干扰机分布式干扰是对抗旁瓣对消的有效技术途径.     

计算机辅助的低空风切变改出优化控制

介绍了动态系统的计算机辅助直接优化方法的原理及其在低空风切变改出飞行中的应用，利用较真实的风切变工程化模型，选择适当的控制函数模型，性能准则及其约束条件，通过计算机直接地，系统地和迭代地探寻最优条件，对飞机改出低空风切变控制进行了优化，获得了最佳改出性能飞行参数曲线，并与没有优化的改出引导策略结果作了比较，结果表明，通过优化，飞机改出低空风切变的性能获得了明显的改善。     

Improved NSGA-II Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm Based on Hybridization-encouraged Mechanism

To improve performances of multi-objective optimization algorithms, such as convergence and diversity, a hybridization- encouraged mechanism is proposed and realized in elitist nondominated sorting genetic algorithm （NSGA-Ⅱ）. This mechanism uses the normalized distance to evaluate the difference among genes in a population. Three possible modes of crossover operators--＂Max Distance＂, ＂Min-Max Distance＂, and ＂Neighboring-Max＂--are suggested and analyzed. The mode of ＂Neighboring-Max＂, which not only takes advantage of hybridization but also improves the distribution of the population near Pareto optimal front, is chosen and used in NSGA-Ⅱ on the basis of hybridization-encouraged mechanism （short for HEM-based NSGA-Ⅱ）. To prove the HEM-based algorithm, several problems are studied by using standard NSGA-Ⅱ and the presented method. Different evaluation criteria are also used to judge these algorithms in terms of distribution of solutions, convergence, diversity, and quality of solutions. The numerical results indicate that the application of hybridization-encouraged mechanism could effectively improve the performances of genetic algorithm. Finally, as an example in engineering practices, the presented method is used to design a longitudinal flight control system, which demonstrates the obtainability of a reasonable and correct Pareto front.     

An interactive system for global ship monitoring

The US Navy has more than 300 ships equipped with over 500 PHALANX weapon systems. Ordalts (ordnance alterations) and casreps (casualty reports) are received frequently by Naval Ordnance. Ordalts are done when parts need replacing or a design is exchanged for an old. Casreps are an urgent request for parts or service. Information pertaining to ordalts and casreps is put into several databases, which are continually updated and used in reports among the PHALANX community. Ship locations are used for sending parts and/or assistance to the ship. The ordalt and casrep requests have been combined with the ship locations report to produce a more efficient manner in which to monitor ordalt requests, casrep requests and ship locations, using a sample database containing ordalt and casrep data and ship locations. The database is interfaced to a computer graphics program that monitors ship movement throughout the world and supplies information from the database whenever requested. The hardware and software used to implement the project are described     

Selective laser melting of Al–8.5Fe–1.3V–1.7Si alloy: Investigation on the resultant microstructure and hardness

This article presents the microstructure and hardness variation of an Al–8.5Fe–1.3V–1.7Si(wt%, FVS0812) alloy after selective laser melting(SLM) modification. Three zones were distinguished across the melting pool of the SLM-processed FVS0812 alloy: the laser melted zone(LMZ), the melting pool border, and the heat affected zone(HAZ) in the previously deposited area around the melting pool. Inside the LMZ, either an extremely fine cellular-dendritic structure or a mixture zone of the a-Al matrix and nanoscale Al_(12)(Fe,V)_3Si particles appeared. With a decreased laser beam scanning speed, the cellular-dendritic structure zone within the LMZ shrank significantly while the mixture zone expanded. The a-Al and Al_(12)(Fe,V)_3Si mixture zone was also observed in the HAZ, but another phase, submicron h-Al_(13)Fe_4 particles with rectangular or hexagonal shapes,formed along the melting pool border. Microhardness tests indicated that the hardness of the SLM-processed FVS0812 samples far exceeded that of the as-cast FVS0812 alloy.     

太赫兹光谱和功率计量研究进展

介绍太赫兹光谱和功率参数的计量方法,报导了中国计量科学研究院在太赫兹计量领域的工作进展。对于太赫兹光谱仪的校准,利用回波校准技术提高了太赫兹光谱仪的校准不确定度;对于太赫兹功率计量,自主研制了高吸收率太赫兹吸收涂层和太赫兹辐射热计,实现了太赫兹辐射功率溯源至国家激光功率基准。该研究为促进太赫兹技术发展提供量值溯源需求和准确测量技术保障。
