将遗传算法用于图象中低信噪比点目标的检测。在分析了点目标及背景特点的基础上,设计了编码方案及遗传操作算子,提出了合格个体保留法。仿真结果表明应用此算法,可实现信噪比为2dB的点目标的检测与跟踪。  相似文献

The problem of tracking multiple targets in the presence of clutter is addressed. The joint probabilistic data association (JPDA) algorithm has been previously reported to be suitable for this problem in that it makes few assumptions and can handle many targets as long as the clutter density is not very high. However, the complexity of this algorithm increases rapidly with the number of targets and returns. An approximation of the JPDA that uses an analog computational network to solve the data association problem is suggested. The problem is viewed as that of optimizing a suitably chosen energy function. Simple neural-network structures for the approximate minimization of such functions have been proposed by other researchers. The analog network used offers a significant degree of parallelism and thus can compute the association probabilities more rapidly. Computer simulations indicate the ability of the algorithm to track many targets simultaneously in the presence of moderately dense clutter  相似文献

基于运动点目标在邻帧差分图像中所具有的近邻反相特征,即运动点目标的两个位置相邻近、灰度值一正一负,提出一种在复杂背景下,基于红外序列图像的运动点目标检测算法.本算法利用该特征在邻帧差分图像中检测反相点对,进而构造反相点对矢量图,最后依据累积反相点对矢量图中多矢量首位相接的连续性检测出运动的点目标.文中给出并证明应用本算法能以概率1检测到运动点目标的收敛性定理.对典型复杂背景下10幅1000帧图像的仿真结果表明,当信噪比大于或等于1.5时,可以有效检测出运动点目标.  相似文献

滑动聚束合成孔径雷达(SAR)是一种新兴的成像模式,既可以提高方位向分辨率又能够扩展成像范围。其数据处理时需要考虑两个关键问题:一是系统脉冲重复频率(PRF)不足,方位向信号发生混叠;二是合成孔径长度的增加使运动误差的影响更为突出,运动补偿(MOCO)精度要求提高。基于子孔径技术,提出了一种改进的高分辨率成像算法。划分子孔径克服了PRF不足的问题;子孔径数据处理采用结合视线(LOS)方向运动补偿的Omega-K算法,实现更高精度的运动补偿,提高了聚焦质量。最终的方位向分辨率达到0.1 m,具有实际工程应用价值。点目标仿真和实测数据处理验证了算法的有效性。  相似文献

High resolution range profiles usually suffer from range sidelobe artifacts which cause reduction in the dynamic range. The sidelobes can be greatly reduced by a deconvolution technique called Coherent CLEAN. The Coherent CLEAN algorithm is based on the assumption that the scene consists of isolated and independent targets. However, many real-life targets are contiguous. Even if we approximate the contiguous targets by very closely spaced point sources, they can hardly be assumed to radiate independently. The sidelobes and the mainlobes of these closely spaced point sources can interact constructively and destructively causing spurious peaks and peak mislocations. These problems are studied and a variation in the existing Coherent CLEAN algorithm, called Sequence CLEAN, is proposed. Sequence CLEAN is found to work well with actual targets  相似文献

Moving Targets Processing in SAR Spatial Domain   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This paper presents a novel technique to estimate the initial coordinates and velocity vector of moving targets, including those with velocities above the Nyquist limit, using a single synthetic aperture radar (SAR) sensor without increasing the pulse repetition frequency (PRF). The basic reasoning is that, although the returned echoes may be undersampled in the azimuth direction, their phase and amplitude are informative with respect to the moving target trajectory parameters. Therefore, the so-called blind angle ambiguity, inherent to systems using a single SAR sensor, is overcome. The proposed method samples the data in the spatial domain, along the signature curve which depends on the moving target trajectory parameters. The resulting algorithm is a highly efficient (from the computational point of view) ID matched filter. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is illustrated using simulated SAR data and real data from the MSTAR public release data set, corresponding to a static SAR scene and a static BTR-60 with simulated motion.  相似文献

单光子激光雷达获取的点云数据存在大量噪声,这给数据的处理带来了挑战。基于局部距离统计提出了改进的点云去噪算法,对单光子激光雷达点云原始数据进行去噪。然后基于统计分析方法改进了点云滤波算法,对去噪后的点云数据进行滤波处理。利用新提出的算法与传统算法去噪和滤波后得到的点云进行比较,并与传统激光雷达的数字地形模型(DTM)数据进行对比。计算得到MABEL地面点云相对于传统激光雷达高程的均方根误差RMSE为2.98m,相关系数R^2为0.9938。进一步对地面点云插值得到剖面数字高程模型(DEM)数据,其相对于传统激光雷达高程的均方根误差RMSE为2.85m,相关系数R^2为0.9931。实验结果显示,提出的单光子激光雷达点云去噪和滤波算法优于传统算法,与传统激光雷达DTM数据具有较好的相关性,能够精确的恢复地形信息。  相似文献

针对直达(LOS)与非直达(NLOS)环境中的定位问题,提出了一种波形已知条件下的单阵地多目标直接定位(DPD)算法。该算法针对发射时间已知和未知两种情况,利用多径信号到达角度与时延关于障碍物(或反射体)、观测站与目标位置参数的数学关系,建立了三维目标位置的最大似然(ML)函数,无需估计测量参数,避免了传统两步定位方法所需的非直达径识别与数据关联。为了克服多目标定位中的高维非线性优化问题,该算法利用独立波形信息将多目标定位解耦为对各个目标单独求解。通过对目标函数有效近似,算法在发射时间已知和未知两种情况下均仅需三维网格搜索,比相应的两步定位方法具有更低的计算量。此外,基于多径定位场景,推导了发射时间已知和未知两种情况下的位置估计克拉美罗界(CRB)。仿真结果表明:算法的定位性能能够逼近相应的克拉美罗界,比传统两步定位方法和子空间直接定位算法具有更高的定位精度。  相似文献

We review a powerful temporal-based algorithm, a triple temporal filter (TTF) with six input parameters, for detecting and tracking point targets in consecutive frame data acquired with staring infrared (IR) cameras. Using an extensive data set of locally acquired real-world data, we used an iterative optimization technique, the Simplex algorithm, to find an optimum set of input parameters for a given data set. Analysis of correlations among the optimum filter parameters based on a representative subset of our database led to two improved versions of the filter: one dedicated to noise-dominated scenes, the other to cloud clutter-dominated scenes. Additional correlations of filter parameters with measures of clutter severity and target velocity as well as simulations of filter responses to idealized targets reveal which features of the data determine the best choice of filter parameters. The performance characteristics of the filter is detailed by a few example scenes and metric plots of signal to clutter gains and signal to noise gains over the total database  相似文献

The authors present an algorithm for the tracking of crossing targets using the centroid measurement and the centroid offset measurement of the distributed image formed by the targets. The measurements are obtained by a forward-looking infrared (FLIR) imaging sensor. The joint probabilistic data association merged-measurement coupled filter (JPDAMCF) is used for state estimation which performs filtering in a coupled manner for the targets with common measurements. Two filters are examined: one assuming the displacement noise white and the other one modeling it correctly as autocorrelated. The latter is shown to yield substantially better performance. The proposed algorithm demonstrates the usefulness of the JPDAMCF for tracking crossing targets in combination with the models for the centroid and offset measurements. Even though the centroid offset measurement requires more computations and a more complex model for estimation, it yields significantly better results if the filter accounts for its colored measurement noise  相似文献

基于联合概率数据互联(JPDA)的思想,提出了一种新的数据关联快速算法(Fast Al-gorithm for Data Association,简称FAFDA算法).该方法不需象在最优JPDA算法中那样生成所有可能的联合互联假设,因而具有计算量小,易于工程实现的特点。仿真结果表明,与最优JPDA算法相比,FAFDA算法的跟踪性能令人满意,并且在密集杂波环境下可实时、有效地跟踪100批次以上的目标。  相似文献

近年来,基于可见光图像的目标识别在无人车感知领域得到了广泛应用.然而,可见光图像目标识别无法应用于弱光和黑暗环境.针对于此,提出了一种基于红外视觉/激光雷达融合的目标识别与定位算法.首先,通过基于颜色迁移的数据增强训练方法,提高了红外目标识别算法的泛化性能.继而,提出了一种基于激光雷达修正的单目深度估计方法,通过视觉图像与激光雷达点云的数据融合,实现了基于稠密深度图对目标位置的估计,提高了对小目标的定位能力.试验结果表明,与传统Yolov3目标识别算法相比,该算法平均识别准确率可提升5.8%;此外,相对定位算法将包含小目标在内的物体相对定位精度提高了13.4%.  相似文献

In this article, a new reduced-dimensional adaptive processing algorithm based on joint pixels sum-difference data for clutter rejection is proposed. The sum-difference data are obtained by orthogonal projection of the joint pixels data of different synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images generated by a multi-satellite radar system. In the sense of statistical expectation, the sum-differ- ence data contain the common and different information of the SAR images. Therefore, the objective of clutter cancellation can be achieved by adaptive processing. Moreover, based on the residual image after clutter rejection, statistical analysis of constant false-alarm rate (CFAR) detection of moving targets is also presented. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm even with heterogeneous clutter and image co-registration error.  相似文献

针对雷达系统误差时变、上报目标不完全一致等复杂场景下目标航迹关联问题,采用高斯混合模型(GMM)与航迹间拓扑信息相结合的方法实现航迹抗差关联。将航迹关联问题转化为图像匹配中的非刚性点集匹配问题,建立对非同源航迹具有鲁棒性的高斯混合模型,根据航迹间的邻域拓扑信息决定高斯混合模型中各高斯组成部分的权重,利用期望最大值(EM)算法求解高斯混合模型的最优闭合解,在期望步(E-step)阶段求解航迹的对应关系,在最大化步(M-step)阶段求解非同源航迹比例,最后进行航迹关联判决以获得关联结果。仿真结果表明,该算法在不同系统误差、目标分布密度、探测概率等环境下具有较好有效性和鲁棒性。  相似文献

研究了分布式无源多传感器系统多目标跟踪问题,在只有测向信息可以利用的情况下,分布式系统首先利用波门技术分别对各个无源传感器角度测量数据进行关联配对和滤波;然后,将处理结果送到融合中心,在融合中心通过构造的χ2分布检验统计量进行多目标方位航迹的关联;最后,通过交叉定位和位置信息融合获得多个目标的位置信息估计,实现无源多目标跟踪。论文通过仿真分析对算法的有效性和可行性进行了验证。  相似文献

A new methodology is presented to retrieve slant-range velocity estimates of moving targets inducing Doppler-shifts beyond the Nyquist limit determined by the pulse repetition frequency (PRF). The proposed approach exploits the linear dependence (not subject to PRF limitations) of the Doppler-shift with respect to the slant-range velocity, at each wavelength. Basically, we propose an algorithm to compute the skew of the two-dimensional spectral signature of a moving target. Distinctive features of this algorithm are its ability to cope with strong range migration and its efficiency from the computational point of view. By combining the developed scheme to retrieve the slant-range velocity with a methodology proposed earlier to estimate the velocity vector magnitude, the full velocity vector is unambiguously retrieved without increasing the mission PRF. The method gives effective results even when the returned echoes of the moving targets and the static ground overlap completely, provided that the moving targets signatures are digitally spotlighted and the signal-to-clutter ratio (SCR) is, roughly, greater than 14 dB. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated with simulated and real data. As an example, slant-range velocities of moving objects with velocities between 6 and 12 times the Nyquist velocity are estimated with accuracy better than 3%.  相似文献

Three fast algorithms have been developed to solve the problem of data association in multitarget tracking in clutter. In the first algorithm, the problem of data association is identified as an exhaustive search problem in general. Subsequently, a mathematical model is proposed for the problem of data association in the joint probabilistic data association filter (JPDAF). Based on the model, a depth-first search (DFS) approach is developed for the fast generation of data association hypotheses and the computation of the conditional probabilities of the hypotheses in the JPDAF. When the density of targets is moderate, a second algorithm is developed to directly compute a posteriori probabilities in the JPDAF without generating the data association hypotheses. In the third algorithm, the effect of interference due to closely spaced targets is simplified. An approach to approximately compute the a posteriori probabilities in the JPDAF is developed.  概率多假设跟踪(PMHT)算法由于其计算量与目标和量测的个数成线性关系而成为一种重要的数据关联方法,但该算法采用的是一种面向量测的参数模型,容易受到杂波的干扰。针对这个问题,提出一种面向目标的PMHT(TO/PMHT)算法,将量测与目标的距离作为权重,使计算出的后验关联概率能够真实地反映量测和目标的关联可能性。通过多种典型环境的仿真计算表明:TO/PMHT算法和面向量测的PMHT算法相比,跟踪性能有了明显的提高;与多假设跟踪(MHT)算法相比,在保持跟踪性能的同时,极大地提高了计算效率。  相似文献

基于高斯随机矢量统计特性,推导出一种适用于探测距离较远、系统误差时变、雷达上报目标不一致等复杂环境的空基多雷达航迹抗差关联算法。分解航迹距离矢量,对消系统误差矢量得出适用于3个及3个以上雷达的航迹抗差关联条件和流程。分别设置了目标密集程度、随机误差和系统误差适应性实验验证算法性能。仿真结果表明所提算法的关联准确性和复杂环境适应性相比现有的基于参照拓扑特征的航迹关联算法(RET算法)和基于距离检测的可信关联算法(confidential算法)有较大幅度的提升。  相似文献
