To investigate the transient aeroelastic responses and flutter characteristics of a variablespan wing during the morphing process,a novel frst-order state-space aeroelastic model is proposed.The time-varying structural model of the morphing wing is established based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory with time-dependent boundary conditions.A nondimensionalization method is used to translate the time-dependent boundary conditions to be time-independent.The time-domain aerodynamic forces are calculated by the reduced-order unsteady vortex lattice method.The morphing parameters,i.e.,wing span length and morphing speed,are of particular interest for understanding the fundamental aeroelastic behavior of variable-span wings.A test case is proposed and numerical results indicate that the flutter characteristics are sensitive to both of the two morphing parameters.It could be noticed that the aeroelastic characteristics during the wing extracting process are more serious than those during the extending process at the same morphing speed by transient aeroelastic response analysis.In addition,a faster morphing process can get better aeroelastic performance while the mechanism comlexity will arise.  相似文献

This paper deals with the aeroelastic tailoring of aeronautical composite wing surfaces. The objective function is structural weight. Multi constraints, such as displacements, flutter speed and gauge requirements, are taken into consideration. Finite element method is used to the static analysis. Natural vibration modes are obtained by the spectral transformation Lanczos method. Subsonic doublet lattice method is used to obtain the unsteady aerodynamics.The critical flutter speed is generated by V-g method.The optimal problem is solved by the feasible direction method.The thickness of the composite wing skin is simulated by bicubic polynomials, whose coefficients combined with the cross-sectional areas or thicknesses of other finite elements are the design variables. The scale of the problem is reduced by variable linkage. Derivative analysis is performed analytically.Two composite wing boxes and a swept-back composite wing are optimized at the end of the paper.  相似文献

A theoretical nonlinear aeroelastic response analysis for a flexible high-aspect ratio wing excited by harmonic gust load is presented along with a companion wind tunnel test. A multidisci-plinary coupled numerical calculation is developed to simulate the flexible model wing undergoing gust load in the time domain via discrete nonlinear finite element structural dynamic analysis and nonplanar unsteady vortex lattice aerodynamic computation. A dynamic perturbation analysis about a nonlinear static equilibrium is also used to determine the small perturbation flutter bound-ary. A novel noncontact 3-D camera measurement analysis system is firstly used in the wind tunnel test to obtain the spatial large deformation and responses. The responses of the flexible wing under different static equilibrium states and frequency gust loads are discussed. The fair to good quanti-tative agreements between the theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that the presented analysis method is an acceptable way to predict the geometrically nonlinear gust response for flex-ible wings.  相似文献

A rapid and efficient method for static aeroelastic analysis of a flexible slender wing when considering the structural geometric nonlinearity has been developed in this paper. A non-planar vortex lattice method herein is used to compute the non-planar aerodynamics of flexible wings with large deformation. The finite element method is introduced for structural nonlinear statics analysis. The surface spline method is used for structure/aerodynamics coupling. The static aeroelastic characteristics of the wind tunnel model of a flexible wing are studied by the nonlinear method presented, and the nonlinear method is also evaluated by comparing the results with those obtained from two other methods and the wind tunnel test. The results indicate that the traditional linear method of static aeroelastic analysis is not applicable for cases with large deformation because it produces results that are not realistic. However, the nonlinear methodology, which involves combining the structure finite element method with the non-planar vortex lattice method, could be used to solve the aeroelastic deformation with considerable accuracy, which is in fair agreement with the test results. Moreover, the nonlinear finite element method could consider complex structures. The non-planar vortex lattice method has advantages in both the computational accuracy and efficiency. Consequently, the nonlinear method presented is suitable for the rapid and efficient analysis requirements of engineering practice. It could be used in the preliminary stage and also in the detailed stage of aircraft design.  相似文献

This paper presents a method for robust flutter computation which uses flight altitude as the perturbation variable in order to obtain a match point solution. The air density and sound speed of standard atmosphere model are approximated as the polynomial function of altitude, such that the flight altitude becomes the single perturbation variable that describes the aeroelastic system. The uncertainties of generalized stiffness and damping are considered and the uncertain aeroelastic system can be formulated as linear fractional transformation (LFT) representation which is suitable for/.t analysis framework. Finally, the match point solutions of robust flutter margins can be computed with structured singular value (SSV) theory. The robust flutter analysis method provided in this paper is suitable for constant-Mach flight flutter test and provides valuable reference for flight envelope expansion.  相似文献

Making use of modal characteristics of the natural vibration of flexible structure to design the oscillating wing aircraft is proposed. A series of equations concerning the oscillating wing of flexible structures are derived. The kinetic equation for aerodynamic force coupled with elastic movement is set up, and relevant formulae are derived. The unsteady aerodynamic one in that formulae is revised. The design principle, design process and range of application of such oscillating wing analytical method are elaborated. A flexible structural oscillating wing model is set up, and relevant time response analysis and frequency response analysis are conducted. The analytical results indicate that adopting the new-type driving way for the oscillating wing will not have flutter problems and will be able to produce propulsive force. Furthermore, it will consume much less power than the fixed wing for generating the same lift.  相似文献

The flutter characteristics of folding control fins with freeplay are investigated by numerical simulation and flutter wind tunnel tests. Based on the characteristics of the structures, fins with different freeplay angles are designed. For a 0° angle of attack, wind tunnel tests of these fins are conducted, and vibration is observed by accelerometers and a high-speed camera. By the expansion of the connected relationships, the governing equations of fit for the nonlinear aeroelastic analysis are established by the free-interface component mode synthesis method. Based on the results of the wind tunnel tests, the flutter characteristics of fins with different freeplay angles are analyzed. The results show that the vibration divergent speed is increased, and the divergent speed is higher than the flutter speed of the nominal linear system. The vibration divergent speed is increased along with an increase in the freeplay angle. The developed free-interface component mode synthesis method could be used to establish governing equations and to analyze the characteristics of nonlinear aeroelastic systems. The results of the numerical simulations and the wind tunnel tests indicate the same trends and critical velocities.  相似文献

Considering that the uncertain information has serious influences on the safety of structural systems and is always limited, it is reasonable that the uncertainties are generally described as interval sets. Based on the non-probabilistic set-theoretic theory, which is applied to measuring the safety of structural components and further combined with the branch-and-bound method for the probabilistic reliability analysis of structural systems, the non-probabilistic branch-and-bound method for determining the dominant failure modes of an uncertain structural system is given. Meanwhile, a new system safety measuring index obtained by the non-probabilistic set-theoretic model is investigated. Moreover, the compatibility between the classical probabilistic model as well as the proposed interval-set model will be discussed to verify the physical meaning of the safety measure in this paper. Some numerical examples are utilized to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the developed method.  相似文献

研究了含有不确定结构参数的壁板颤振问题,利用vonKarman大变形应变-位移关系、气动力活塞理论和准定常热应力理论建立了复合材料壁板颤振的气动弹性力学模型,考虑在壁板颤振分析模型中存在的不确定参数,将其用区间向量定量化,基于区间扩张理论和Taylor级数展开,并结合有限元计算方法,提出了区间分析的方法来估计含有不确定参数的壁板结构颤振临界风速的区间,以及发生极限环振动时振幅的变化区间。通过数值算例,将本文提出的壁板颤振的区间有限元模型与随机有限元模型进行了比较,显示了本文方法的有效性和可行性。这种方法的优点是只需要知道不确定参数的所在范围界限,为解决含有不确定参数的壁板颤振这类复杂的气动弹性动力学问题提供了一个途径。  相似文献

针对带有初偏间隙型非线性刚度的二元翼带外挂系统的极限环颤振,应用当量线化方法得出了颤振边界曲线,并根据颤振边界曲线用4阶Runge-Kutta法得到极限环相图,可明显看出极限环振动与普通周期振动的区别。然后引入了几个不确定量,通过区间分析方法给出了这些不确定量对机翼带外挂系统颤振边界曲线的影响,并用随机有限元法(FEM)验证区间分析方法的可靠性。进而可以得到一定来流速度下,具有不确定机翼外挂系统幅值的上下界,以及不确定参数对极限环相图的影响。知道机翼外挂幅值的上下界后,可以对外挂幅值进行适当控制。  相似文献

大展弦比机翼在气动力作用下产生较大变形,颤振速度和颤振频率随之发生明显变化,线性理论难以获得比较合理的解答。综合考虑了结构几何非线性、气动非线性和材料各向异性对机翼运动状态的影响,将复合材料机翼建模为非线性薄壁单闭室截面梁,建立机翼的运动方程,并使用小扰动分析的方法得到机翼在平衡位置附近的振动方程。采用Theodorsen非定常气动理论构建气动模型,获得机翼在平衡位置附近的非线性颤振方程,并利用v-g法判定机翼颤振稳定性。通过算例演示了一些非线性颤振的特点,讨论了铺层角、展弦比、机翼线密度等参数对颤振速度的影响,并与线性理论得到的结果进行对比。  相似文献

研究了大展弦比复合材料机翼在较大迎角状态下的失速颤振特性,探讨了结构几何非线性和由复合材料剪裁产生的刚度耦合效果对机翼失速颤振特性的影响.首先,将复合材料机翼建模为转角和位移均可为有限值的非线性薄壁单闭室截面Euler梁,并在综合考虑结构几何非线性、气动非线性和材料各向异性对机翼运动状态的影响的基础上,建立机翼的运动微分方程.然后,使用小扰动分析的方法得到机翼在平衡位置附近的振动方程,采用ONERA半经验的非定常失速气动力模型,获得机翼在平衡位置附近的非线性失速颤振分析方程.最后,利用谐波平衡法求解并判定机翼颤振稳定性.通过算例,首先验证了算法的正确性,然后研究了几何非线性对失速颤振的影响,并讨论不同的复合材料铺层方式导致机翼失速特性的改变.  相似文献

颤振模型设计时难以实现完全的动力学相似,需要对颤振主要模态进行合理选择。采用数值分析方法,对颤振模型设计时主要模态的选取问题进行研究。通过各阶模态振型下气动刚度系数的比较、指定运动形式下广义非定常气动力的计算和不同模态截断下颤振结果的收敛特性分析,研究了颤振分析时不同模态运动之间的相互影响,对模态运动引起的气动力和颤振特性变化进行评估。以高超翼面模型为研究对象的数值算例结果表明,几种分析方法所判断的颤振主要模态基本一致。其中基于振型的广义气动刚度系数参数,避免了非定常气动力的计算,可作为颤振模型设计或颤振分析时主要模态选取的快速判断方法。  相似文献

研究了超声速气流中受热壁板的非线性气动弹性响应,发现了一种新的动态失稳现象——二次失稳型颤振。基于von Karman非线性应变-位移关系、Reissner-Mindlin板理论和一阶活塞理论建立超声速气流中三维壁板的有限元模型。通过数值算例,研究了超声速气流中受热壁板发生二次失稳型颤振的条件,并运用非线性振动理论分析了二次失稳型颤振的机理。研究表明,超声速气流中受热壁板在平衡态的稳定性未发生变化时,也会因系统参数的变化引起气动弹性响应性质的突变,导致壁板的二次失稳型颤振。二次失稳型颤振能否发生不仅受到气流速压和壁板温升的影响,而且还与初始扰动有关。当扰动引起壁板的初始变形较小时,不能激发出二次失稳型颤振,壁板的气动弹性响应最终收敛到屈曲平衡态。应用二次失稳型颤振理论和分析方法,确定了前人给出的一个金属壁板模型的热颤振边界的风洞试验结果,而且计算结果与试验结果符合良好,从而对这一壁板热颤振现象的风洞试验结果作出了较合理的理论解释。  相似文献

太阳能飞机小刚度和大变形的特点导致其普遍存在颤振问题,因此有必要合理建立太阳能飞机的动力学模型并进行颤振分析。以国内某15米翼展太阳能飞机为研究对象,建立初始的动力学模型,然后根据目标颤振速度调节模型刚度,得到了与目标颤振速度匹配的机翼主梁刚度,从而实现太阳能飞机的动力学反向建模,并在此基础上进行颤振分析,形成完整的太阳能飞机颤振分析设计方法。结果表明:该机翼扭转刚度增大70%,其颤振速度可提高29%。本文方法可用于指导15米太阳能飞机的防颤振设计。  相似文献

大迎角三角翼的前缘涡不仅可以改善其气动力特性,也会显著影响机翼的气动弹性特性.运用基于Euler方程的非定常气动力降阶模型(ROM)方法,耦合结构运动方程,在状态空间内建立了气动弹性分析模型,研究了70°削尖三角翼的大迎角颤振特性.研究结果显示前缘涡对该机翼颤振特性的影响不可忽略.颤振速度随迎角的增加而大幅降低,迎角α=20°时的颤振速度比α=0°时降低了22%.发现了颤振特性随迎角变化时出现的不连续现象,并揭示了该现象是由于系统颤振分支随着静态迎角的增加发生转移所致.  相似文献
