A one-dimensional tracking filter based on the Kalman filtering techniques for tracking of a dynamic target such as an aircraft is discussed. The target is assumed to be moving with constant acceleration and is acted upon by a plant noise which perturbs its constant acceleration motion. The plant noise accounts for maneuvers and/or other random factors. Analytical results for estimating optimum steady state position, velocity, and acceleration of the target are obtained.  相似文献

A relative navigation system for formation flight   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A relative navigation system based on both the Inertial Navigation System (INS) and the Global Positioning System (GPS) is developed to support situational awareness during formation flight. The architecture of the system requires an INS/GPS integration across two aircraft via a data link. A fault-tolerant federated filter is used to estimate the relative INS errors based on relative GPS measurements and a range measurement obtained from the data link. The filter is constructed based on a reduced-order model of the relative INS error process. A method for analyzing the filter performance is presented. A case involving two helicopters in formation flight is studied under three different night trajectories to account for the effect of vehicle motion on the INS state transition matrix. The results of the covariance analysis are compared with actual night results over an instrumented test range.  相似文献

A Nonlinear Tracker Using Attitude Measurements   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The subject of this paper involves tracking the present position of a maneuvering aircraft as well as predicting its future position. A tracking filter is developed that uses aircraft attitude angles (yaw, pitch, roll) in addition to the usual radar measurements. Computer simulation of tracker performance when tracking violently maneuvering aircraft indicates that a dramatic improvement is obtained by using attitude information. The approach taken is to develop a 12-or 15-state extended Kalman filter that models both translational and rotational degrees of freedom. By measuring and estimating attitude it is possible to approximately determine the magnitude and direction of the force system acting on the vehicle and therefore determine vehicle linear acceleration. Knowledge of acceleration is then used to improve the estimate of present and future position of the vehicle being tracked. Simulation of a T-38 aircraft performing a 5 g turn indicates that the new tracker produces maximum trajectory prediction errors that are 36 percent of the errors experienced by more conventional trackers.  相似文献

The development of a three-dimensional tracker using onboard measurements is described. A system model based on aircraft dynamics is derived. A full 3-D tracking system that can be split, with a part operating onboard and a part operating on the ground, is developed. Attitude angle and aircraft airspeed measurements are processed to estimate the components of the aircraft velocity with respect to the surrounding air. These are then used to obtain estimates of the aircraft position and ground speed. The tracker is designed so that the number of quantities transmitted to the ground station is kept to a minimum. The tracker was evaluated with real data and was found to perform well, resulting in a considerable improvement over the conventional first-order Kalman filter  相似文献

 针对舰载机惯导系统大方位失准角传递对准的非线性问题,根据舰载机在载舰上的实际停放情况,引入舰载机标称坐标系,并综合考虑载舰挠曲变形和杆臂效应的影响,建立挠曲变形和杆臂效应加速度一体化模型,完善舰载机惯导系统大方位失准角传递对准线性化模型。采用“速度+角速度”组合匹配算法的滤波模型,对固定安装失准角和挠曲变形角进行了估计。结果表明,该模型在舰载机大方位失准角传递对准时可以满足对准精度和时间的要求。  相似文献

根据对飞机刹车过程动力学分析与建模,本文提出了一种基于无味卡尔曼滤波(UKF)的模糊神经网络控制律。本控制律结合了无味卡尔曼滤波对机体速度的良好估计效果和模糊神经网络控制器对不同系统参数的适应能力,能够很好完成对最佳滑移率的追踪任务。Matlab仿真试验结果显示,基于无味卡尔曼滤波的模糊神经网络控制器可以准确的估计飞机滑跑时的速度,改善飞机防滑刹车系统性能,提高刹车效率。  相似文献

High resolution 3D “snapshot” ISAR imaging and featureextraction   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We have developed a new formulation for three dimensional (3D) radar imaging of inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) data based on recent developments in high resolution spectral estimation theory. Typically for non real-time applications, image formation is a two step process consisting of motion determination and image generation. The technique presented focuses on this latter process, and assumes the motion of the target is known. The new technique offers several advantages over conventional techniques which are based on the correlation imaging function. In particular, the technique provides for a direct 3D estimate (versus back projection to a 3D target grid matrix) of the locations of the dominant scattering centers using only a minimum set of independent 2D range-Doppler ISAR “snapshots” of the target. Because of the snapshot nature of the technique, it is particularly applicable to 3D imaging of sectors of sparse-angle data, for which the sidelobes of the correlation imaging integral become high. Furthermore, the technique provides for an estimate of amplitude and phase of each scattering center as a function of aspect angle to the target, for those aspect angles which encompass the set of 2D range-Doppler snapshots.  在建立飞机环控系统数学模型的基础上,提出采用双模型滤波方法进行参数估计、状态预测和故障诊断,提高飞机环控系统故障诊断的快速性和准确性。如果采用最小二乘算法,参数估计是静态的,故障诊断延迟一般较大;采用单模型扩展Kalman滤波算法,虽然能够实现动态估计,但不能同时兼顾稳态过程和过渡过程(突发故障)的参数估计,导致误差较大。为了解决上述难题,针对飞机环控系统换热器故障诊断,提出两模型滤波算法。该算法由两个滤波器组成,分别用于跟踪系统的稳态和过渡过程。由于采用了两滤波器模型分别匹配不同的系统特征,能够改善飞机环控系统不同状态下的参数估计和状态预测性能,从而提高系统故障诊断的精度和速度。仿真结果证实了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

 针对中低精度航姿参考系统(AHRS)在机体机动时不能利用加速度计修正水平姿态,以及噪声统计特性随实际工作情况变化的问题,提出了一种基于模糊自适应卡尔曼滤波的大气数据辅助姿态解算的方法。首先,考虑大气数据系统和航姿参考系统的优势,利用真空速、攻角和侧滑角等大气数据信息对非重力加速度进行补偿,以辅助水平姿态解算;其次,基于模糊自适应卡尔曼滤波原理,对观测模型的参数进行估计和修正,以实现水平姿态的最优估计;最后,选取某型飞机的试飞数据进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该方法可使飞机的水平姿态估计精度达到1.3°,且在偏差较大时有明显的纠偏作用。因此,相对于无机动加速度补偿和常规卡尔曼滤波来说,该方法能够更好地进行姿态估计,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

The two-stage Kalman estimator has been studied for state estimation in the presence of random bias and applied to the tracking of maneuvering targets by treating the target acceleration as a bias vector. Since the target acceleration is considered a bias, the first stage contains a constant velocity motion model and estimates the target position and velocity, while the second stage estimates the target acceleration when a maneuver is detected, the acceleration estimate is used to correct the estimates of the first stage. The interacting acceleration compensation (IAC) algorithm is proposed to overcome the requirement of explicit maneuver detection of the two-stage estimator. The IAC algorithm is viewed as a two-stage estimator having two acceleration models: the zero acceleration of the constant velocity model and a constant acceleration model. The interacting multiple model (IMM) algorithm is used to compute the acceleration estimates that compensate the estimate of the constant velocity filter. Simulation results indicate the tracking performance of the IAC algorithm approaches that of a comparative IMM algorithm while requiring approximately 50% of the computations  相似文献

针对飞机失速保护设计过程中易出现虚警的情况,提出一种基于FIR和传统滤波器相结合的混合滤波方法。结合飞机本体的运动特征,对参与失速保护逻辑运算的两个重要参数,即侧向加速度和迎角信号进行频率分析,基于信号的特征设计混合滤波器,然后采用Simulink滤波工具箱设计滤波器对信号进行滤波处理。仿真结果表明该方法能够减少虚警率的发生,特别是大背景噪声下的虚警率能够得到较好抑制,验证了滤波器设计正确性,从而提高失速保护功能对适航条款符合性。该滤波器设计方法,不但可以有效解决本文提到的问题,对于其他涉及信号处理的系统设计同样具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

An algorithm is presented for tracking a highly maneuvering target using two different sensors, a radar and an infrared sensor, assumed to operate in a cluttered environment. The nonparametric probabilist data association filter (PDAF) has been adapted for the multisensor (MS) case, yielding the MSPDAF. To accommodate the fact that the target can be highly maneuvering, the interacting multiple model (IMM) approach is used. The results of single-model-based filters and of the IMM/MSPDAF algorithm with two and three models are presented and compared. The IMM has been shown to be able to adapt itself to the type of motion exhibited by the target in the presence of heavy clutter. Beginning with the derivation of a least squares estimator that yields an estimate of the acceleration input vector, this paper first develops a detector for sensing target maneuvers and then develops the combination of the estimator, detector, and a "simple" Kalman filter to form a tracker for maneuvering targets. Finally, some simulation results are presented. A relationship between the actual residuals, assuming target maneuvers, and the theoretical residuals of the "simple" Kalman filter that assumes no maneuvers, is first formulated. The estimator then computes a constant acceleration input vector that best fits that relationship. The result is a least squares estimator of the input vector which can be used to update the "simple" Kalman filter. Since typical targets spend considerable periods of time in the constant course and speed mode, a detector is used to guard against automatic updating of the "simple" Kalman filter. A maneuver is declared, and updating performed, only if the norm of the estimated input vector exceeds a threshold. The tracking sclheme is easy to implement and its capability is illustrated in three tracking examples.  相似文献

在卫星拒止情况下,低精度MEMS惯导系统由于惯性器件性能较差,无法长时间保持姿态精度。从重力矢量及飞行器的动力学特性出发,提出了一种基于动态检测和Kalman数据融合的航姿算法。该算法从导航与飞控一体化的理念出发,实时判断飞行器机动和飞控状态,在低动态时利用Kalman滤波器对水平加速度和惯性解算的姿态角进行数据融合,估计和修正水平姿态误差,从而提高水平姿态精度。经过飞行仿真验证,该算法可有效完成飞行器的动态检测,并保证在系统机动情况下水平姿态误差在2°以内。  相似文献

本文提出机动目标“当前”统计模型的概念并建议用修正的瑞利-马尔科夫过程描述目标随机加速机动的统计特性。文中指出了在机动目标运动模型中状态(机动加速度)估值与状态噪声之间的内在联系。在此基础上提出了具有机动加速度均值及方差自适应的卡尔曼滤波算法。对一维和三维的情形进行了计算机模拟。计算结果表明,在仅对目标位置进行观测的情况下,这类自适应估值算法无论对高度机动或无机动的目标均可绘出较好的位置、速度及加速度估值。  相似文献

A methodology for the tracking of maneuvering targets is presented. A quickest-detection scheme based on the innovation sequence is developed for a prompt detection of target maneuvers. The optimal length of a sliding window that minimizes the maneuver detection delay for a given false-alarm rate is determined. After maneuver detection, the system model is modified by adding a maneuver term. A recursive algorithm is proposed to estimate the maneuver magnitude. With this estimate, a modified Kalman filter is used for tracking. Simulation results demonstrate the superior performance of the algorithm, especially during target maneuvers  相似文献

 提出一种新的滤波器结构,利用基于扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)的多模型(MM)算法,对天线罩误差斜率进行估计,降低天线罩误差对雷达自寻的导弹的影响,提高系统性能。在三维坐标下,创建包含导弹运动方程、目标运动方程、弹目相对运动方程的滤波模型。采用EKF算法,对包含天线罩误差的非线性观测方程进行线性化处理;依照多模滤波的思想,对天线罩误差进行离散建模,构建伪观测方程,更新模型概率,得到天线罩误差斜率的估计值;将斜率估计结果代入EKF,得到滤除天线罩误差影响的系统状态量估计结果并形成制导指令。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以有效地估计天线罩斜率,提高系统制导精度。  相似文献
