我院机制工艺试点专业经过近8年的努力,取得了令人可喜的成绩.这期间,我们努力争取有关部门和领导的支持.创造条件,按照教改实施方案进行试点,使教改工作扎扎实实的进行.     

电子工艺与管理专业教学实践

本文介绍了学院电子工艺与管理试点专业教改的背景、依据及专业教学改革的指导思想和目标,对本专业的教育定位与培养目标、构建理论和实践课程教学体系、改革与建设等环节进行了探索和实践。     

工程图学“翻转课堂”教学模式的研究与实践

本文提出的慕课+翻转课堂的学习模式,是将慕课课程碎片化的知识,通过教学设计——学生先学——师生交流——学生消化的程序,完整地消化吸收。设计了全新的网站架构,制作了适合翻转课堂需要的网上资源,并在2015级两个本科专业的八个教学班进行试点,获得了宝贵的第一手资料,为基础课程乃至专业课程教改积累了经验。     

电子技术课程教学与网络型知识平台链接一例

本文介绍了在电子技术课程教学中如何与网络知识集成平台链接的例子，将器件知识集成工具Datasheet引入教学和具体教学内容进行整合改革的思想和教改实践的结果。     

对我校公共关系学课程建设的评价与思考

论文对桂林航工业高等专科学校14年以来的公共关系课程建设的方方面面进行了评价与总结,认为通过教改,确立了课程在专业培养目标中的定位与课程目标,取得了五个方面的教改成效。对今后如何加强本课程的建设进行了一定的思考与探讨。     

马克思主义哲学与大学生素质教育

加强对大学生的素质教育，提高大学生的素质水平是21世纪我国高等教育改革的重要目标。马克思主义哲学课程在大学生素质教育中处于核心地位，发挥核心作用。针对当前马克思主义哲学课在高校中遭受冷落的现状，对马克思主义哲学课进行教改，使其在大学生素质教育中的地位和作用得以充分体现，是当务之急。

针对质量与可靠性工程专业的《质量工程技术基础》课程的特点，在提出适用我国武器装备特色的质量工程技术体系的基础上，从教学大纲、教材建设、实验教学、考核方法4个方面对课程进行教学改革。实践证明。质量工程技术体系及教改实践可供军工系统培训及教学参考。     

素质教育与高校“两课”教学改革

素质教育已成为高校教改的一项重要课题。而“两课”教学是实验素质教育的重要环节，它着重于对大学生进行思想政治和伦理道德方面素质教育。因此，高校的各级领导和“两课”教师对“两课”教学改革应给予足够的重视，要花大力气改变传统的教学方式，探索新的教学方法， 通过全体教育工作者的共同努力逐步建立起适应素质教育的“两课”教学新体系。

Invited Pesek lecture: Exploration rather than speculation–assembling the puzzle of potential life beyond Earth

Speculations about the existence of life beyond Earth are probably as old as mankind itself, but still there is no evidence – neither for its presence nor for its absence. Moreover, we neither know the necessary nor the sufficient conditions for life to emerge, sustain or evolve. The Drake equation famously quantifies our ignorance by writing the number of detectable civilizations as product of factors that get increasingly uncertain the further one goes to the right. As a result, the predictive power is poor, and it ultimately depends on the most uncertain factor. However, if we were able to derive a reasonable estimate, we would not need SETI experiments to tell us whether we are alone or not. What has changed substantially over human history is our ability to explore the Universe. Most significantly, radio transmission technology gives us the opportunity to communicate over interstellar distances, and we are now able to not only determine the population statistics of planets within the Milky Way, but even in principle to find biosignatures in their atmospheres. By finding life beyond Earth, we will learn how frequently it emerges. By finding signals from intelligent extra-terrestrial civilizations, we will get unprecedented insight into our biological, technological, and societal evolution. The Drake equation is not such a useful means for assessing the chances of success of SETI, but instead it provides the framework for using observational data in advancing towards understanding the origins of our existence and our role in the cosmos, and maybe to get a glimpse of our future.     

微振动传感器校准技术研究

文章介绍了微振动对航天器的影响,并基于对微振动计量工作的现实需求,根据现有振动计量技术和设备状态,提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的微振动校准技术研究方案,通过适当量级的振动控制和谐波失真抑制,实现对0.05～400 Hz范围内的微振动传感器的校准,提升航天计量保障能力。     

A non-earthcentric approach to life detection

The ultimate goal of a comprehensive life detection strategy is never to miss life when we encounter it. To accomplish this goal, we must define life in universal, that is, non-Earthcentric, measurable terms. Next, we must understand the nature of biosignatures observed from the measured parameters of life. And finally, we must have a clear idea of the end-member states for the search--what does life, past life, or no life look like (in terms of the measured parameters) at multiple spatial and temporal scales? If we can approach these problems both in the laboratory and in the field on Earth, then we have a chance of being able to detect life elsewhere in our solar system. What are the required limits of detection at each of those scales? What spatial, spectral, and temporal resolutions are necessary to detect life? These questions are actively being investigated in our group, and in this report, we present our strategy and approach to non-Earthcentric life detection.     

战术数据链的协同互连问题研究

通过分析美军以及北约战术数据链的基本特点及其性能,提出了战术数据链的协同互连问题,并给出了相应的解决方案,最后结合我国实际情况对我国战术数据链的发展和规划提出了一些建设性意见。     

What should we say to extraterrestrial intelligence?: An analysis of responses to “Earth Speaks”

If scientists engaged in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) detect a signal from an extraterrestrial civilization, one of the most pressing issues facing humankind will be “Should we reply, and if so, what should we say?” Building on an infrastructure that the SETI Institute used to gather over 50,000 messages from around the world to send onboard the Kepler mission, Earth Speaks invites people to submit online their text messages, pictures, and sounds, as they ponder what they would want to say to an extraterrestrial civilization. Participants for the study have been recruited from 68 nations, from all walks of life. By tracking demographic variables for each person submitting a message, we have identified commonalities and differences in message content that are related to such factors as age and gender. Similarly, by tracking the date on which messages were submitted and the location from which the message was sent, we have also identified the way in which message content is related to time and geographic location. Furthermore, when we compare previous themes derived from textual messages to our current categorical analysis of submitted images, we find our textual themes to be concurrently validated. In doing so, we find the Earth Speaks Website not only allows for the construction of interstellar messages, but also functions as a projective psychological assessment of species-level human identity. We next proceed to demonstrate the generative power of our method by showing how we can synthesize artificial messages from the Earth Speaks messages. We then discuss how these artificially generated messages can be tailored to represent both commonality and diversity in human thought as it is revealed through our data. We end by discussing our method's utility for cross-disciplinary research in the social sciences and humanities.     

Limit-cycle-like control for planar space robot models with initial angular momenta

In this paper, we develop a new control strategy on limit cycles for planar space robot models with initial angular momenta. First, we state our problem formulation, and give some concepts and assumptions. Next, we derive a controller that generates a desired stable limit-cycle-like behavior for general two-dimensional nonlinear control systems, which is called limit-cycle-like control. We then give two kinds of specific forms of the controller and investigate some characteristics of them. After that, we apply the limit-cycle-like control methods to a control problem of a planar space robot model with an initial angular momentum, and some simulations are carried out in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of our new methods.     

探索教改途径 促进教改深化——我院机制工艺专业教改总结与探讨

我院机制工艺专业改革试点工作已走过了五个循环。通过对毕业生跟踪调查，试点专业毕业生的确表现出许多优异之处，受到用人单位的好评，但同时也发现还存在一些不足，本文提出了改进建议。     

Transmitting (and listening) may be good (or bad)

Both listening and transmitting may, on an existential level, be either dangerous or beneficial. So we should ignore our irrational fears and listen in the hope of detecting ETI and transmit on the basis of promoting SETI activity.
