Simulation of light curve effects in Algol systems that are near contact or that may evolve into contact requires a different model than the tri-axial ellipsoid used in many current studies. A new light synthesis optimization program, based on the Roche model, satisfies the model requirements and determines system parameters with excellent accuracy, given a sufficiently large set of observations. A widely used criterion for stopping iterative solutions is inadequate. A working criterion is proposed as a replacement.  相似文献

采用内置高温热管的疏导式热防护结构是一种新型高效的热防护方式,热管与高温复合材料之间的接触热阻(TCR)对防热效果有重大的影响。首先给出了一种疏导式热防护结构的计算模型,进而采用间接耦合的方法建立了由接触热阻引起的热力耦合问题的计算格式,在此基础上对不同预留间隙条件下的热防护结构进行了热力耦合分析,重点考察了接触热阻对其防热效果的影响。研究结果表明,采用预留装配间隙的方法可以有效降低结构的应力水平,但同时使得界面接触热阻增加,从而使得结构驻点温度升高,因此在采用预留间隙设计时必须在考虑界面接触热阻的条件下从结构强度和温度两方面对结构进行安全性评估。  相似文献

本文首次以完整的减速器齿轮系作为有限元应力分析对象。利用齿轮系的循环对称性取其一个基本段作为计算模型,同时还考虑了啮合齿牙间的接触传力。所考虑的载荷即有扭矩又有离心力。通过一次分析可获得整个齿轮系各部位的应力。   相似文献

时域Neal-Smith(TDNS)准则源于频域Neal-Smith(FDNS)准则和阶跃目标跟踪准则,被广泛应用于纵向驾驶员诱发振荡(PIO)趋势的预测研究。在该准则采用的人机闭环系统中,广泛运用结构简单且能反映飞行员基本行为特征的拟线性驾驶员模型。但在实际情况中,驾驶员的行为通常具有高度的非线性,为了更精确地描述驾驶员的非线性特性,采用神经网络方法建立驾驶员模型。利用某机的试飞数据对神经网络进行了训练和测试,生成了神经网络模型。针对TDNS预测准则,建立了相应的仿真模型,通过仿真运算,得到了该飞机的P10预测结果。研究表明:相对于传统的驾驶员模型,神经网络模型能够更好与真实驾驶员相匹配;在TDNS评估准则中运用神经网络模型具有实际的意义。  相似文献

构建精度高、规模适中的部件动力学模型,是航空发动机在研制初期实现从结构部件到整机的动力学特性准确分析的有效途径。为构建满足工程需求的部件结构动力学模型,依据某装配组合式涡轮后机匣的结构特点,提出了其各构件的“超模型”建模及装配组合形式的连接件分类建模的方法,实现装配组合式涡轮后机匣的整体“超模型”建模。同时,进一步介绍了各构件的“超模型”建模步骤、基于有限元单元网格尺寸变化的收敛准则,建立了自由度490万的后机匣构件“超模型”,“超模型”构件的频差精度可达1%以内;利用薄层建模法模拟多螺栓连接结构、采用接触对模拟支板搭接处的接触连接。装配组合后的涡轮后机匣“超模型”通过动力学分析,结果表明后机匣前8阶为整体振动模态。整体“超模型”的建立,可以代替研制样机提供虚拟试验数据,实现简化模型的修正和确认,为研制初期的结构动力学特性精确分析提供技术支撑。可推广应用到发动机其他部件及整机的精确建模中。  相似文献

A novel virtual material layer model based on the fractal theory was proposed to predict the natural frequencies of carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite bolted joints. Rough contact surfaces of composite bolted joints are modeled with this new proposed approach. Numerical and experimental modal analyses were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model. A good consistence is noted between the numerical and experimental results. To demonstrate the necessity of accurately modeling the rough contact surfaces in the prediction of natural frequencies, virtual material layer model was compared with the widely used traditional model based on the Master-Slave contact algorithm and experiments, respectively. Results show that the proposed model has a better agreement with experiments than the widely used traditional model (the prediction accuracy is raised by 8.77% when the pre-tightening torque is 0.5 N∙m). Real contact area ratio A* of three different virtual material layers were calculated. Value of A* were discussed with dimensionless load P*, fractal dimension D and fractal roughness G. This work provides a new efficient way for accurately modeling the rough contact surfaces and predicting the natural frequencies of composite bolted joints, which can be used to help engineers in the dynamic design of composite materials.  相似文献

针对一种阴接头密封梁具有椭圆弧凹槽的形状记忆合金梁式管接头,利用ABAQUS软件建立考虑管内流体压力和温度的弹塑性有限元热力耦合模型,数值模拟得到阴、阳接头间的接触带宽和接触应力分布。基于逾渗理论与微观粗糙密封界面有限元接触分析,计算得到形状记忆合金材料密封界面泄漏概率为零的临界接触应力。结合第一道密封的接触应力分布,以S指数作为形状记忆合金梁式管接头密封性能的评价指标,数值模拟了预紧力、管内流体压力和温度对形状记忆合金梁式管接头密封性能影响。结果表明:在装配拧紧力矩范围内形状记忆合金梁式管接头密封性能随着预紧力增大而增强;密封性能随着管内流体压力的升高会提高,具有良好的自封性;在-50~200℃的管内流体温度范围内密封性能基本稳定,满足密封要求。数值分析表明在相同工作条件下形状记忆合金梁式管接头相比于不锈钢和钛合金梁式管接头具有更优的密封性能。  相似文献

通过微动疲劳损伤机理分析,以微动疲劳接触应力计算入手,建立了航空装备关键件中一种较为普遍的圆柱/平面接触微动疲劳结构的有限元全局模型和子模型,通过边界条件误差和离散误差分析,提高了计算精度和计算效率。以断裂力学为基础,根据复合型裂纹断裂判据,用改进的裂纹闭合积分法计算了裂纹尖端应力强度因子,引入应力强度因子影响系数,建立了微动疲劳裂纹扩展寿命预测模型,确定了模型中的参数,通过预测寿命与试验值的对比验证了该模型的正确、有效性。  相似文献

发展了一种分析进口畸变对多级轴流压气机影响的逐级动态响应模型。采用动态压缩系统模型和动态加载技术,建立了一种压缩系统气动稳定性分析的新方法。应用新的模拟方法对一8级跨声多级压气机进行了详细的数值分析。结果表明,所发展的逐级动态响应模型更合理和可靠。基于流动阻塞,给出了一种更为迅速的压缩系统失稳识别方法。  相似文献

研究复合材料加筋板受冲击后的损伤演化具有较高的工程应用价值。首先,以某型无人机拟应用的复合材料加筋壁板(T300/BA9913)为研究对象,对其进行低速冲击试验;在壁板中央处和肋与壁板胶结处进行冲击,其冲击能量取6.67 J/mm,测量凹坑深度和分层损伤面积。然后,应用商业软件ABAQUS,编写相应的VUMAT子程序对冲击损伤进行模拟,软件中采用适宜的材料模型、单元种类并建立不同属性的接触,把基于应变的三维Hashin准则运用于复合材料单层板的损伤失效准则中去。最后,运用基于断裂韧度的连续的刚度退化方针对材料的刚度折减。将所建立的冲击模型的模拟结果与冲击试验数据进行对比,证明了冲击模型的有效性和准确性。  相似文献

采用非线性Gap单元建立了复合材料层合板单钉连接有限元分析模型,并对五种不同铺层比例的层合板进行了计算,同时,还运用Hoffman失效判据对层合板进行了失效分析.根据计算结果分析了铺层比例对孔边应力分布、钉孔接触力分布和孔边失效系数的影响,得出最优铺层比例方案,其结论对复合材料层合板单钉机械连接设计具有一定的工程参考价值.  相似文献

 采用时间序列方法对可以表征系统故障状态的特征参数的趋势进化进行预测,同时考虑特征参数的概率分布特性,给出了对系统进行故障诊断和预测的方法。在已获得特征参数监测数据的基础上,分别对具有广义强度/故障阈值确定分布或故障模式特征参数空间分布两种形式的故障判据,提出了利用二次指数平滑预测模型对系统未来某时刻的故障状态进行预测的方法。给出包括故障概率和故障指数在内的故障诊断和预测结果形式,可进一步为系统的维修决策等提供参考。  相似文献

阐明了用有限元法计算物体接触问题的一种新的力学模型:主动接触体网格中一个节点与被动接触体单元中任意点相接触的模型,放弃了过去常用的节点对模型,为网格划分带来了便利。在这种模型下,给出了粘式、摩擦滑移、开式等接触边界条件。按照修正势能原理导出了对称的接触控制方程,可求解接触体具有非线性的静态/动态的接触问题。本文给出了在一次求解迭代后判断各节点新的接触状态的方法,可进一步决定是否和如何修改接触控制方程。   相似文献

Fretting fatigue crack initiation and growth in titanium alloy dovetail assembly was investigated by the Finite Element Method(FEM). Firstly, contact stress was calculated precisely with an elastic–plastic material model. Secondly, the location and angle of crack initiation were determined by the parameter of the maximum shear stress range on the critical plane, and the angle of crack growth was predicted by the Maximum Tangential Stress(MTS) criterion, which showed agreement with experimental observation. Finally, the fretting-contact-induced crack closure behavior was simulated by the node release technique in software ABAQUS with both elastic and elastic–plastic material models. The simulation shows that the variation of the contact status between fretting surfaces will result in crack closure even for the elastic material model. The fretting crack closure ratio decreases as the crack grows out of the contact area and it has great impact on the effective range of Stress Intensity Factor(SIF) as well as the crack growth rate.  相似文献

针对弧齿锥齿轮的切齿和啮合过程,建立了用数字仿真技术研究锥齿轮齿面形成和轮齿啮合过程的方法。在该方法中,将齿面切制时的线共轭条件转化为约束极值问题,据此获得被切齿面的数值模型;将轮齿啮合时的点共轭条件转化为在两齿面上求距离最近的点,并借助齿面数值模型,获得接触印痕和传动误差。用本文方法进行了某航空弧齿锥齿轮的切齿和啮合过程的数字仿真。   相似文献

Damage-modified nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation and failure criterion are introduced and the three-dimensional incremental forms are deduced based on the updated Lagrangian approach. A simple tensile test model and a split Hopkinson pressure bar model are built to verify the accuracy of the subroutine implemented within the non-linear finite element program LS-DYNA. A numerical model of bird strike on windshield is established to study the responses of windshield under three different bird velocities at three sites. The bird is represented by a cylinder with a hemisphere at each end and the contact-impact coupling algorithm is used in this study. It is found that the implemented subroutine can properly describe the mechanical behavior of polymethyl methacrylate under low and high strain rates and large deformation, and can be used validly.  相似文献

对动态畸变条件下多级轴流压缩系统气动失稳判别进行了详细的数值分析。基于动态压缩系统模型,发展了一种动态畸变下轴流压缩系统失稳判别的统一准则。应用新准则分别对进口动态温度、动态压力及动态动力—温度组合畸变下的多级轴流压缩系统的气动稳定性进行了预测分析。通过与实验结果的定性比较,给出了相应进气条件下压缩系统可能失稳的首发级。  相似文献
