星历误差对双星定位系统定位精度的影响

双星定位系统是我国自行研制开发的一种区域性卫星定位系统,其定位体制与 GPS 不同,并且其定位精度受到诸多因素的影响,其中星历误差的影响是不可忽略的因素。文中重点研究了星历误差对其定位精度的影响,并推导出了其数学误差模型,在一定条件下给出了其仿真结果,为分析其他误差因素对其定位精度的影响奠定了基础。

Tools and techniques for estimating high intensity RF effects

Tools and techniques for estimating and measuring coupling and component disturbance for avionics and electronic controls are described. A finite-difference-time-domain (FD-TD) modeling code, TSAR, used to predict coupling is described. This code can quickly generate a mesh model to represent the test object. Some applications as well as the advantages and limitations of using such a code are described. Facilities and techniques for making low-power coupling measurements and for making direct injection test measurements of device disturbance are also described. Some scaling laws for coupling and device effects are presented. A method for extrapolating these low-power test results to high-power full-system effects are presented

FM/AM Noise Test Set for a Pulsed Doppler Radar

A new test method to measure the amplitude noise and phase noise in both CW and pulsed CW signals of a Ku-band pulsed Doppler radar is described. These noises are measured in a simulated environment of radar operation; thus the test results may give direct information to determine radar subclutter visibility. In comparison with the conventional noise test method, this new method not only gives more meaningful results but also can obtain results much faster in testing. Actual test system design is described by block diagrams and theoretical analysis. A method to determine approximate frequency jitter in a transmitter signal is also described.     

Comments on 'Mismatched filter design for periodical binary phased signals' by H. Rohling and W. Plagge

The commenter states that the filters described in the above-mentioned paper by H. Rohling and W. Plagge (see ibid., vol.26, no.6, p.890-6, Nov. 1989) were described in general terms in his articles from 1977-8. The families of binary sequences with minimal or small loss-factors were described by the commenter in earlier publications (1980, 1987). Comparison of the data from these papers and from those of the authors shows that sequences with length 21 and 28 are not optimal.<>
