采用动压气浮轴承转子的单自由度陀螺,如果在陀螺输出轴(即框架轴或浮子轴)方向有外加速度作用时,由于动压轴承的气动交叉耦合效应,转子在输出轴方向产生位移的同时还会在输入轴方向产生位移。这将使陀螺产生与输出轴加速度和转子轴加速度有关的漂移。由于这项漂移还具有振动整流特性,难于进行补偿,因此需要在设计、生产上加以控制。 相似文献

The variable pump displacement and variable motor speed electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA), one of the three types of EHAs, has advantages such as short response time, flexible speed regulation, and high efficiency. However, the nonlinearity of its double-input single-output system poses a great challenge for system control. This study proposes a novel EHA with adaptive pump displacement and variable motor speed (EHA-APVM). A closed-loop position is realized using a servomotor. Moreover, the displacement varies with the system pressure; thus, the EHA-APVM is a single-input and single-output system. Firstly, the working principles of the EHA-APVM and the pump used in the system are introduced. Secondly, a nonlinear mathematical model of the proposed EHA-APVM control system is established, and a feedback back-stepping (FBBS) control algorithm is introduced to transform the complex nonlinear system into a linear system on the basis of the back-stepping control theory. Finally, simulation results prove that the EHA-APVM has a quick response and high robustness to variations of the load and the pump displacement. In this work, the size and weight of the motor are significantly reduced because the maximum power requirement is reduced, which is very beneficial for using the actuator in airborne equipment. 相似文献

采用自制的TbDyFe超磁致伸缩材料设计并制作了主动振动控制用超磁致伸缩作动器 ,并对其偏置磁场、激励磁场、静态特性、动态特性和主动控制减振效果进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明 ,作动器工作应变在TbDyFe材料的线性区 ,其总伸缩量可达 70 μm。低频动态特性好 ,谐频影响小。在自适应滤波控制方式下使用该作动器对正弦振动进行主动控制减振 ,减振效果达到 30dB。磁场均匀性对作动器输出特性有明显影响 ,采用Ansys有限元软件精确设计作动器激励磁场 ,可提高超磁致伸缩材料沿轴向磁场均匀性。 相似文献

The paper deals with the design and experimental validation of the actuation mechanism control system for a morphing wing model. The experimental morphable wing model manufactured in this project is a full-size scale wing tip for a real aircraft equipped with an aileron. The morphing actuation of the model is based on a mechanism with four similar in house designed and manufactured actuators, positioned inside the wing on two parallel lines. Each of the four actuators used a BrushLess Direct Current (BLDC) electric motor integrated with a mechanical part performing the conversion of the angular displacements into linear displacements. The following have been chosen as successive steps in the design of the actuator control system: (A) Mathematical and software modelling of the actuator; (B) Design of the control system architecture and tuning using Internal Model Control (IMC) methodology; (C) Numerical simulation of the controlled actuator and its testing on bench and wind tunnel. The morphing wing experimental model is tested both at the laboratory level, with no airflow, to evaluate the components integration and the whole system functioning, but also in the wind tunnel, in the presence of airflow, to evaluate its behavior and the aerodynamic gain. 相似文献
