根据近年红外材料在空间生长的研究概况,分析了涵盖熔体、气相、液相外延和分子束外延等生长方法及各个方法生长红外材料的基本原理,在地面生长遇到的问题,以及在空间微重力环境中进行红外材料生长的优势.同时基于中国利用熔体法在天宫二号上已经进行的ZnTe:Cu晶体的空间生长科学实验及地基实验结果,通过对空间和地面实验结果进行对比,提出了在超高真空环境下,利用分子束外延方式生长高性能、大尺寸红外材料的可能性,以及未来在空间微重力条件下进行红外材料生长的研究方向及具体应用.   相似文献

The Schlieren technique coupling with a differential interference microscope was applied to visualize the KNbO3 melt motion in a loop-shaped Pt wire heater. The natural convection in KNbO3 melt was traced by observing the movement of the tiny KNbO3 crystals (~10μm) and the stream velocities of these tracer crystals were measured. In theoretical analysis, the Navier-Stokes equation was solved as a stable field. The general solution for this system of the differential equation was expressed by an approximate power series of azimuth and radius vector. The expression was substituted in the differential equation; a non-trivial solution was obtained exactly.The velocity distribution in the vertical section was obtained which is in qualitative agreement with the experimental result.  相似文献

Investigations conducted earlier by the authors have established that due to the steady-state field of body forces, convection is capable of giving rise to macroinhomogeneity in transverse impurity distribution in crystals. In the case of semiconductor materials the maximal value of this inhomogeneity is due to a weak convection in the melt, typical of low-gravity conditions. However, in addition to steady gravitational convection, other factors ignored previously, may also be employed in conducting experiments in low-g environments. The present paper discusses the results of theoretical studies of some factors influencing impurity distribution in the melt and the crystal.  相似文献

Theoretical considerations can be helpful tools in modelling ionospheric parameters in regions and for times where not enough experimental data are available. Our study asks whether results of heat balance calculations should be introduced to supplement the data base for the International Reference Ionosphere (IRI). We discuss the present status of our theoretical understanding and examine the influence of the following unresolved or neglected terms: (1) electron heating rate, (2) electron cooling by fine structure excitation of atomic oxygen, and (3) height-dependent Coulomb Logarithm. The ambiguity introduced by (1)–(3) leads up to 30% uncertainty in the electron temperature of the lower thermosphere. The electron temperature in the upper ionosphere is largely determined by heat conduction from above and depends critically on the conditions assumed at the boundary between ionosphere and plasmasphere.  相似文献

It is well understood that temperature oscillations and fluctuations during melt growth give rise to fluctuating concentration of solute in the crystal — so-called solute (or impurity) striations. A major source of the temperature fluctuations is the transition to turbulence in the melt resulting from strong buoyancy and/or surface-driven flows. The interaction of these natural convective flows with any imposed rotation is of significance. The major factors causing flow transitions and particularly those which lead to time-dependent flows in Czochralski and float-zone melts will be briefly reviewed and the likely influence of a low-g environment considered. Theoretical analysis and experimental study of the response of the crystal-melt interface to such temperature fluctuations is reviewed and criteria for maximising crystal homogeneity discussed.  相似文献

基于Donnell型扁壳理论,利用法分析了在均布外压作用下圆锥形薄壁壳体的弹性稳定性问题。根据外压实验观察结果和通过选取适当的位移分量表达式,文中给出了临界外压的近似表达式。数值结果表明,本文理论分析预示值与临界载荷的实验值很吻合。文中还对有关参数对临界载荷的影响进行了讨论。本文所得结果可供工程应用参考。  相似文献

本文叙述了我国首次在空间微重力下进行的碲镉汞(MCT)晶体生长试验及一些观测结果。生长是从熔体进行的。在空间90min的加热时间内,将MCT多晶试样熔化,然后随炉冷却,最后在地面上再结晶。于是,生长出约3cm长的晶体,其表面光滑.结构致密,无孔洞,由1~3个大晶粒组成,其中单晶占74%。X射线能量色散分析(EDS)表明,其径向组分均匀性优于±0.02,其中约1cm长的一段晶体的径向组分均匀性优于±0.01。电学特性与地面上生长的样品基本相同。  相似文献

A review is presented of theoretical ideas on the general circulations in the atmospheres of Earth, Mars and Venus and also of results of their theoretical modelling. The role of various factors is discussed in the formation of the circulations. These results are compared with observational data obtained by different means. Data of direct local measurements of meteorological parameters in the atmospheres of Venus and Mars are discussed including those obtained at their surfaces.  相似文献

对航天器舱内气体对流换热的地面模拟试验方法进行了系统地理论分析,包括热缩比模型法、降压法和浓度比拟法三种。分别给出了各种方法的相似律或相似准则及其应用的约束条件,并从原理上定性比较这三种方法的优缺点。分析表明,热缩比模型法在保持Reynolds数不变的前提下可明显减弱自然对流的影响,但这种方法不能用于工程原型;降压法可用工程原型进行模拟试验,但不能用于液体流动问题;然而这两种方法的共同缺点是都不能完全消除自然对流;浓度比拟法理论上可以完全消除自然对流,但约束条件多,工程实现困难。  相似文献
