为提高一体化电液作动器(EHA)的性能,对新型EHA中广泛使用的变排量液压泵中的变量机构进行了优化设计。采用锥蜗轮蜗杆传动代替了原来的齿轮传动体系并与泵壳体进行了一体化设计,采用solidworks进行了三维实体化建模,运用AMESim搭建了改进前后EHA系统的仿真模型并进行对比分析。经过仿真实验,改进后的EHA系统在整体刚度提升了31%,频率响应提升了11.2%,显著改善了系统性能,验证了设计的正确性。  相似文献

在多电飞机应用环境中,由于电静液作动器(Electro Hydrostatic Actuator,以下简称EHA)系统本身的强非线性与承载交变动载荷的不确定性,简单PID控制无法达到理想控制效果。提出了滑模 PID复合控制,电机电流环和转速环构成控制系统内环,以PI控制器实现电机调速;作动筒位置环为外环,以滑模控制提升系统的快速性和鲁棒性。建立了EHA数学模型,并设计了滑模控制器结构。仿真结果表明,滑模 PID复合控制方法能有效地消除超调和减小跟随误差,实现对EHA位置的精确控制。  相似文献

As a kind of actuation mechanism for power-by-wire (PBW) actuation systems of more/all electrical aircraft, an electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) is a highly integrated local hydraulic actuation system. It is a volume control system consisting of a motor, a pump, an actuator, etc., which has features of high efficiency and reliability. However, the poor dynamic characteristic is one of the main factors restricting its wide application in aircraft. In this paper, the reason for the poor dynamic characteristic of an EHA is revealed from the perspectives of the natural frequency characteristic and the power requirement, respectively. In other words, the insufficiency of the motor output power at a high frequency is the main factor causing the poor dynamic characteristic of the system, and methods which include increasing the maximum output torque of the motor, reducing the rotational inertia of the motor-pump group, and adopting a double-motor-pump group configuration are proposed in this paper, by which the dynamic characteristic of the system can be improved. The feasibility of those methods are verified by simulations. Finally, the dynamic characteristic is tested on an EHA prototype, and results show that saturation of the output torque of the motor is the main factor restricting the dynamic characteristic of the EHA system.  相似文献

Electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) pumps are usually characterized as high speed and small displacement. The tilting inertia moment on the cylinder block produced by the inertia forces of piston/slipper assemblies cannot be ignored when analyzing the cylinder block balance. A large tilting inertia moment will make the cylinder block tilt away from the valve plate, resulting in severe wear and significantly increased leakage. This paper presents an analytical expression for the tilting inertia moment on the cylinder block by means of vector analysis. In addition, a high-speed test rig was built up, and experiments on an EHA pump prototype were carried out at high speeds of up to 10,000 r/min. The predicted nature of the cylinder block tilt at high speeds corresponds closely to the witness marks on the dismantled EHA pump prototype. It is suggested that more attention should be given to the tilting inertia moment acting on the cylinder block of an EHA pump since both wear and leakage flow between the cylinder block and the valve plate are very much dependent on this tilting moment.  相似文献

Electrohydrostatic actuator (EHA) is a type of power-by-wire actuator that is widely implemented in the aerospace industry for flight control, landing gears, thrust reversers, thrust vector control, and space robots. This paper presents the development and evaluation of position-based impedance control (PBIC) for an EHA. Impedance control provides the actuator with compliance and facilitates the interaction with the environment. Most impedance control applications utilize electrical or valve-controlled hydraulic actuators, whereas this work realizes impedance control via a compact and efficient EHA. The structures of the EHA and PBIC are firstly introduced. A mathematical model of the actuation system is established, and values of its coefficients are identified by particle swarm optimization. This model facilitates the development of a position controller and the selection of target impedance parameters. A nonlinear proportional-integral position controller is developed for the EHA to achieve the accurate positioning requirement of PBIC. The controller compensates for the adverse effect of stiction, and a position accuracy of 0.08 mm is attained. Various experimental results are presented to verify the applicability of PBIC to the EHA. The compliance of the actuator is demonstrated in an impact test.  相似文献

A controller for a high-performance electrohydrostatic actuator (EHA) using an interior permanent magnet (IPM) synchronous motor to produce servo motion is described. The buried-magnet design of the IPM motor yields desired characteristics such as high efficiency, robust rotor construction, and wide operating speed range. Power converter size is minimized by using insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power switches combined with high-voltage integrated circuit (HVIC) gate drivers in phase-leg power modules. 为探明变旋翼转速条件下飞行控制对涡轴发动机输出响应的影响,在变旋翼转速直升机/传动机构/发动机综合仿真平台的基础上,考虑系统不确定因素的存在,提出并设计了增量式非线性动态逆飞行控制器,提高对系统的控制效果,控制器主要包括角速率控制器、姿态角控制器和航迹控制器;由于执行机构的物理限制,引入伪控制模块,以提高系统的稳定性。典型的飞行任务下的仿真结果表明:相对于增量式非线性动态逆飞行控制器而言,伪控制模块不仅可显著提升飞行控制效果,使爬升速度的超调量减小50%以上,还可有效减小动力涡轮转速的超调量9.0%左右,有助于增强发动机的动态控制品质。  相似文献

The main objective of the turboprop engine control system is to ensure propeller absorbed power at a constant propeller speed by controlling fuel flow and blade angle. Since each input variable affects the selected output variables, there exist strong interactions between different control loops of a Two-Spool TurboProp Engine (TSTPE). Inverted decoupling is used to decouple the interactions and decompose the TSTPE into two independent single-input single-output systems. The multi-variable PI controller and two single-variable PI controllers are designed for the TSTPE with actuator dynamics based on Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI), respectively, which is derived from static output feedback and pole placement condition. The step responses show that due to the difference in the response times of the selected output variables, it is difficult to design an appropriate multi-variable PI controller. The designed single-variable PI controllers are tested on the TSTPE integrated model to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, that is, the interactions are first decoupled and then the controllers are designed, and the resulting simulated responses show that compared with the controller designed without actuator dynamics, the gas-generator shaft speed and power turbine shaft speed can better track their respective commands under the action of the controller designed with actuator dynamics.  相似文献

The speed of an Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator (EHA) pump can recently reach 20000 r/min, and its churning losses increase obviously with an increasing speed, which results in low efficiency and thus increasing heat in aircraft EHA systems. In order to reduce churning losses at high speeds, more attention should be given to the design of an insert. In this paper, the effect of an insert with different design parameters on churning losses is investigated through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation and experiments by calculating the difference between churning losses torques of the test pump with and without the insert based on a high-speed churning losses test rig. Analytical results show that the gap between the insert and the cylinder is critical for churning losses reduction. It is found that the churning losses of the test pump can be reduced with a decreasing gap between the cylinder block and the insert at high speeds. This is because the insert can decrease the turbulence occurrence at high speeds. The results can be used for flow field analysis and optimization of the high-speed EHA pump and provide a new method for improving efficiency of high-speed EHA pumps.  相似文献

无刷直流电机(BLDCM)是一种多变量、强耦合、非线性、时变的复杂控制系统。由于其采用传统的PID控制时很难满足需要,所以针对BLDCM精确调速的控制问题,在基于传统PID控制上引入模糊控制设计了模糊PID控制,并在此基础上应用变论域的方法,设计了变论域模糊PID控制器。以BLDCM为模型,通过MATLAB建立其仿真模型。仿真和试验结果表明,采用变论域模糊PID控制的BLDCM与传统控制的BLDCM相比,具有响应速度快、超调小、控制精度高等优点。  相似文献

利用形状记忆合金(SMA)的记忆特性设计了一种低转速,可连续旋转的电机;利用Liang-Rog-er本构模型进行了SMA-弹簧的旋转位移驱动器的设计以及电机扭矩和转速的设计;完成了SMA电机的机械结构设计;完成了控制规律设计;进行了性能试验.研究结果表明,在试验温度27℃下,用6 V恒压电源驱动的SMA电机实现了连续旋转,转速为0.03 rad/min.SMA电机转速低,扭矩大,功率密度高,可连续旋转,有很大的工程应用潜力.   相似文献

 主要研究了小卫星姿控/热控一体化执行机构的设计问题.首先,根据流体回路中液体流速变化对小卫星产生力矩实现姿态控制、液体流动吸/散废热实现热控制的原理,提出一种姿控/热控一体化执行机构设计方案.然后针对该设计方案,利用以电机转速为变量的流体回路内压强和电磁力矩方程,推导了一体化执行机构姿控力矩模型;利用散热量随流体回路流速的变化,建立了一体化执行机构热控模型.最后,针对某小卫星设计了基于姿控/热控一体化执行机构的闭环控制系统,并针对该一体化执行机构设计了一种姿控/热控解耦算法,对其姿控/热控能力进行数学仿真验证,仿真结果证明了该一体化执行机构的有效性.  相似文献

根据长输管道大功率高速同步电机暖机进程及顶升油泵系统现状,对机组暖机进程进行测试并跟踪分析,发现暖机进程与同步电机过临界转速时振动值的相关度不高,暖机时间可以进行减少或取消。对同步电机顶升油泵系统进行测试,分析取消顶升油泵时同步电机振动、温度、起停机时间等的变化情况。试验结果表明,可降低顶升油泵联锁停泵转速。  相似文献

电动泵压式液体火箭发动机受到了广泛的关注,然而电池有限的输出功率和过于沉重的质量成为限制电动泵压式发动机发展的重要因素。为此本文提出了一种电机驱动燃料泵和涡轮驱动氧泵的电动膨胀循环液体火箭发动机方案,并着重研究了该型发动机的动态响应特性。首先给出了20 kN级电动膨胀循环发动机的技术指标和部组件参数,进一步基于AMESim平台建立了全系统动力学模型,验证了方案的可行性和部组件动力学模型的准确性,并深入研究了单点工况和调节工况的动态响应特性。结果表明,针对启动过程而言,涡轮泵调整时间较电动泵长,这降低了系统响应速度,但工况越高,系统响应速度越快;高工况启动时,甲烷在冷却通道内的剧烈相变和跨临界状态的不连续物性相互耦合易引发系统振荡;就调节过程而言,推力调节时普遍存在超调或凹坑现象,且系统在两相同工况之间调节时,正调响应速度快于负调,这也导致阶跃幅值相等条件下的系统调整时间随目标工况升高而缩短。  相似文献

 永磁同步电机是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合系统,从非线性动态数学模型出发,应用精确线性化理论,实现了永磁同步电机系统的输入-输出线性化与解耦。通过线性化模型设计速度跟踪控制律,用指数滑模变结构控制器来设计电流调节器,算法简单实用,提高了速度跟踪的快速性和精确性。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制策略具有理想的动态性能和良好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

针对采用永磁同步电机id=0矢量控制调速的电动汽车电机驱动控制系统,为了改善其抗负载扰动能力,并且当电动汽车处于低速运行时,能够输出大转矩,将滑模变结构控制中的变指数趋近律进行改进,设计了一种滑模速度控制器。为了减小滑模变结构控制的抖振问题,引入饱和函数来代替符号函数,同时考虑到滑模速度控制器中存在滞后问题,将饱和函数与经过积分环节后得到的信号相乘,在提高了响应速度的同时增强系统的抗扰动能力。经过仿真验证,不同负载工况下,滑模速度控制器具有较强的鲁棒性和抗扰动能力,满足电动汽车低速运行工况下输出大转矩的要求。  相似文献

The electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) is a kind of power-by-wire (PBW) actuator that converts the electrical power into localized hydraulic power for flight control. By removing the central hydraulic power supply together with hydraulic pipes, an EHA's reliability and efficiency are greatly improved but its frequency width and stiffness decreased. To overcome the drawback, this article proposes a novel structure of EHA associated with a power regulator. Composed of a high-pressure accumulator and a proportional valve, it can store and harness the hydraulic power flexibly according to the changing control requirements. The concept of transferred volume is put forward to estimate the capability of the power regulator. The actuator output position can be kept fixed with a hydraulic lock. The compounded control is specially developed to ensure the actuator system to operate in a correct manner. The simulation results indicate that the new-brand actuator results in efficient expanding of the system frequency width with an optimal power supply.  相似文献
