对LSDW速度随入射激光能量、激光聚焦角度和环境气体压强变化的规律进行了实验研究。研究发现,入射单脉冲激光能量越大,聚焦角度越小,环境气体压强越小,LSDW的传播速度越大。实验测量得到的LS-DW速度随入射激光能量、聚焦角度和环境气体压强的变化规律与一维理论公式中体现的规律完全一致。将相同条件下的实验数据与理论结果进行比较后发现,二者在定性上取得了很好的一致性,但在定量上有所差别,因此需要对现有一维理论公式进行修正,以便更深入地研究LSDW的传播演化规律和特性。  相似文献

The performance of glassed and unglassed Ti0x-coated silicon cells is compared to Si0-coated cells for coating thicknesses from 100 to 200 nm. The experiment was made on cells having initially the same quantum efficiency allowing complete separation of coating induced effects. U.S. cells only showed an adusted improvement of 2.6% for Ti0x-coatings over Si0-coatings as compared to an expected range of 4.8 to 5.5% as based on European investigations. Spectral reflectance analysis showed some destinct differences between the various cell types. This may be related to cell crystal orientation. Using the Earth albedo model and the orbital dynamics model developed as part of the First Look Project (Fast Initial In-Orbit Identification of Scientific Satellites) the terrestrial albedo is evaluated considering the orbits of some scientific missions as Gravity Probe B, MICROSCOPE and STEP. The model of the Earth albedo is based on the reflectivity data measured by NASA’s Earth Probe satellite, which is part of the TOMS project (Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer). The reflectivity data are available daily, on line at the TOMS website, and they fluctuate because of changes in clouds and ice coverage and seasonal changes. The data resolution partitions the Earth surface into a number of cells. The incident irradiance on each cell is used to calculate total radiant flux from the cell. With the radiant flux from each cell, the irradiance at the satellite is calculated.  相似文献

First magnetospheric measurements of the three-dimensional velocity distributions for positive ions and electrons within the energy range 1 eV E/Q 45keV are reported. These velocity distributions are gained with quadrispherical Lepedeas on board the spacecraft ISEE-1 and -2. Three-dimensional bulk flows of protons in the vicinity of the magnetopause and within the dayside magnetosphere and dawn sector of the magnetotail are presented. Proton drift velocities within the magnetosphere and magnetotail can be directly determined and employed to calculate the corresponding quasi-static perpendicular electric fields and to provide quantitative analyses of kinematical models for plasma motions. Nonmonotonic features in the electron velocity distributions are found simultaneously with the presence of electron cyclotron harmonic electrostatic waves in the dayside magnetosphere. The relationship of the observed electron velocity distributions to expectations for resonant pitch-angle and energy diffusion is discussed, as well as the possibility of the existence of proton cyclotron harmonic instabilities. Examples of the signature of field-aligned acceleration of protons into the magnetosphere and the presence of low-energy ionospheric ions in the near-earth magnetotail are also presented. Perpendicular electrostatic fields can be calculated from the observed three-dimensional velocity distributions and are found to have typical magnitudes of 1 mV m-1.  相似文献

The authors demonstrate that the efficiency of GaAs satellite solar cells can be increased to 31% (AM0) with two straightforward modifications. First, the wire grid reflection losses on the GaAs cell can be eliminated by attaching and aligning a thin grooved cover slide. The grooves in this cover slide deflect the incident light rays away from the wire grid lines into the cell active area, increasing the efficiency from 22% to 24%. The second modification involves making the GaAs cell transparent to the infrared energy that normally is wasted and then placing an infrared sensitive GaSb booster cell behind the GaAs cell. This increases the AM0 solar energy conversion efficiency from 24% to 31%. The GaAs/GaSb tandem solar cells have conversion efficiencies of 37% if used for terrestrial (AM1.5) rather than space (AM0) solar electric power systems, high enough that utility-scale solar electric power may someday be economical  相似文献

量子保密通信是近年来逐渐发展成熟的一种新型保密通信机制,其安全性建立在量子力学基本原理上,被证明具有信息论条件下的绝对安全性。偏振编码光纤量子保密通信系统使用光子的偏振态进行信息编码。当环境变化时,光纤传输特性的改变将导致光子偏振态变化。因此,光子偏振态的补偿控制是光纤量子保密通信系统的一项关键技术,能否快速、准确的对偏振态进行补偿将直接影响系统的通信性能。本文提出一种基于光纤偏振控制器和扫描控制算法的偏振补偿方案。该方案通过控制光纤偏振控制器的电压大小,将量子误码率最小化,实现偏振光的补偿控制,满足量子通信系统自动控制的要求。  相似文献

针对直流微电网中光伏发电单元出力的波动性和间歇性造成系统内部功率不平衡的问题,混合储能系统可以同时发挥蓄电池高能量密度和超级电容高功率密度的优势,根据直流母线电压进行混合储能单元间的协调控制策略。该策略将直流母线电压进行分层控制,采用四个电压阈值共分成五个控制区域,以直流母线电压为信息载体,决定储能系统的运行状态,实现对混合储能单元的充电、放电模式间自主切换。电压分层控制有效地避免了蓄电池由于电压波动而频繁进行充放电切换,从而延长了电池的使用寿命。最后,MATLAB/Simulink的仿真结果验证了所提控制策略的可行性。  相似文献

对不同情况下建筑物屋顶及外墙表面铺设光伏电池进行研究。采用启发式算法进行电池性能的优劣评价,采用模糊规划,作出铺设电池的初步判断。以光伏电池每平方米利润最大为目标采用贪心算法选择需要铺设的电池,并配合矩形排样中最低轮廓线法对光伏电池的安放进行优化,从而得到利润最大的组合。利用多维线性规划对逆变器进行选择,通过成本—收入—利润模型对选配逆变器之后的最终利润进行进一步优化。  相似文献

We discuss here the energy deposition of solar FUV, EUV and X-ray photons, energetic auroral particles, and pickup ions. Photons and the photoelectrons that they produce may interact with thermospheric neutral species producing dissociation, ionization, excitation, and heating. The interaction of X-rays or keV electrons with atmospheric neutrals may produce core-ionized species, which may decay by the production of characteristic X-rays or Auger electrons. Energetic particles may precipitate into the atmosphere, and their collisions with atmospheric particles also produce ionization, excitation, and heating, and auroral emissions. Auroral energetic particles, like photoelectrons, interact with the atmospheric species through discrete collisions that produce ionization, excitation, and heating of the ambient electron population. Auroral particles are, however, not restricted to the sunlit regions. They originate outside the atmosphere and are more energetic than photoelectrons, especially at magnetized planets. The spectroscopic analysis of auroral emissions is discussed here, along with its relevance to precipitating particle diagnostics. Atmospheres can also be modified by the energy deposited by the incident pickup ions with energies of eV’s to MeV’s; these particles may be of solar wind origin, or from a magnetospheric plasma. When the modeling of the energy deposition of the plasma is calculated, the subsequent modeling of the atmospheric processes, such as chemistry, emission, and the fate of hot recoil particles produced is roughly independent of the exciting radiation. However, calculating the spatial distribution of the energy deposition versus depth into the atmosphere produced by an incident plasma is much more complex than is the calculation of the solar excitation profile. Here, the nature of the energy deposition processes by the incident plasma are described as is the fate of the hot recoil particles produced by exothermic chemistry and by knock-on collisions by the incident ions.  相似文献

为了消除舰尾流对载机着舰过程产生的影响,同时完成低动压状态下飞行速度与高度的解耦工作,基于定量反馈理论/总能量控制理论(QFT/TECS)设计了纵向着舰控制系统。针对着舰过程中数学模型所具有的不确定因素及舰尾流对下滑航迹的影响,以载机高度变化率为控制对象,使用定量反馈理论结合推力补偿系统进行了内回路鲁棒控制律设计。外回路控制律设计是以总能量控制理论为基础,通过粒子群优化算法对待调控制参数进行寻优,进而实现了对高度、速度等参数的精确控制,完成了载机纵向着舰轨迹与速度的解耦工作。仿真结果表明,该控制律在拥有较强的鲁棒性的基础上具有良好的解耦控制能力,实现了载机着舰段的高度与速度的解耦控制,明显提高了载机对着舰轨迹的跟踪能力,可满足不确定条件下载机的着舰要求。  相似文献

 研究了N型锗半导体电火花加工时所体现的单向导通性及特殊电特性,建立了电火花加工模型,分别用二极管、可变电阻、稳压管、电阻等器件表征了锗半导体与进电端材料的接触势垒、极间体电阻、介质放电维持电压及工作液电阻。设计了锗半导体电火花线切割专用夹具,采用锗半导体表面涂覆碳浆并用石墨块进电的方式以降低接触势垒、接触电阻,对进电接触点采用吹气方式减少电化学反应导致的不导电钝化膜的产生,保障加工的延续。最后对电阻率为22.3 Ω·cm,高度为170 mm的N型锗进行了电火花线切割,切割效率大于100 mm2/min,并采用数控的方法切割出异型锗窗。检测了放电波形,分析了锗半导体电火花线切割的特性。  相似文献

针对两级脉冲爆震发动机中第二级凹面腔内激波聚焦起爆能量和周期的研究,设计了二维凹面腔内暂冲式激波聚焦实验系统。通过分析粒子图像测速系统捕捉的照片和动态压力数据,获得了凹面腔内激波聚焦高压区压力特性和多循环流场演化特征。并且开展了A和B两种型面凹面腔的对比实验,进一步分析了多循环激波聚焦的形成机理。结果表明:入射激波第一次在凹面腔底部聚焦后形成的聚焦反射激波在喷口射流边界上发生反射,产生的反射激波再次在凹面腔底部聚焦,形成了第二次激波聚焦,如此往复便形成了周期性的激波聚焦,聚焦频率高达7~10kHz;并且,速度场和射流强度随入射激波碰撞而减弱,在排气过程中又增强,呈现周期性变化。   相似文献

为提高舰载飞机的着舰精度,基于总能量控制理论设计了着舰下滑航迹角控制器。频域分析结果表明,该控制系统使航迹角的响应带宽为1.21rad/s,满足了设计要求。基于非线性模型的仿真结果表明,该系统不但能够使航迹角快速地响应阶跃输入指令和保持飞行速度基本不变,且对于气动参数的摄动具有较好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

In an attempt of being used as buffer layers and electrodes for the textured BaTiO3 (BTO) ferroelectric thin films, highly (100)-oriented LaNiO3 (LNO) thin films of different thicknesses were deposited directly on Si (100) substrate with radio-frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method. It is observed that the substrate temperatures and the film thicknesses bring main influences on the micro-structures and orientation of the thin film. The effects of the thicknesses and substrate temperatures on the orientation of the films were studied on the LNO films of different thicknesses. The highly (100)-oriented LNO thin films were obtained at the substrate temperature of 600 ℃. The existence of epitaxially grown BTO films indicates that the oriented LNO thin films obtained in this work could be used as a buffer layer for epitaxial growth.  相似文献
