针对九开关变换器驱动六相永磁同步电机系统的断相运行状态,研究了一种基于有效作用时间的载波调制PWM控制方法。给出了九开关变换器及基于有效作用时间的载波调制PWM控制的基本原理,建立了正常情况下六相PMSM的数学模型,根据单相和两相断路后电机相应的约束条件,采用空间解耦变换矩阵,分别建立了单相断路和两相断路后的电机数学模型,在Matlab/Simulink中进行了仿真实验,验证了所提控制方法的可行性。 相似文献

无位置传感器的中低速运行控制是开关磁阻电机研究的难点问题。为实现中低速阶段对转子位置的连续估计,提出一种基于PWM控制的无位置传感器方法。该方法将开通关断角所对应的参考信号与高频三角载波进行交截,并将得到的PWM信号作为不对称半桥功率变换器的开关管驱动信号。通过对PWM信号进行频谱分析可知,该PWM注入方式等效于注入载波频率的高频正弦信号。然后,对电流信号进行滤波及坐标变换处理,解算出连续的转子位置信息。针对电感曲线正弦度不高的问题,通过移相相减的方法消除二次谐波,简化了位置估计过程。该方法无需额外注入高频正弦信号,易于工程实现,并具备高频信号注入法的精度。最后针对一台12/8结构样机,进行了相应的仿真和实验,验证了该方法的可行性。 相似文献

分析了零电压过渡脉宽调制型(ZVT-PWM)软开关变换器基本工作原理,利用PSPICE软件对升压式ZVT-PWM软开关变换器进行仿真,给出了仿真结果,并与一般的升压变换器进行了比较。仿真结果表明,ZVT—PWM软开关变换技术具有开关损耗小、电源电压和负载适应范围宽、恒频控制和变换效率高等优点。 相似文献

The efficiency, harmonic distortion, and transien't behavior are better in dc/dc sine convertors than conventional dc/ac sine convertors. 双Buck逆变器(DBI)是航空静止变流器(ASIs)的常用拓扑,从双Buck半桥逆变器(DBHBIs)两直流电感中分离出交流电感使得体积、重量进一步减小。在正常工作,尤其是负载短路情况下,双Buck半桥逆变器输入侧电容上的电压产生与输出同频的脉动。以交流电感分立的双Buck半桥逆变器为例,分析了在额定负载、短路、级联工作等情况下输入电容电压脉动的产生原因,给出了该脉动的定量计算方法,并由此得出了输入侧电容容值的选择依据。最后通过仿真和实验,验证了文中分析的正确性。该分析方法同样适用于其他半桥型逆变器拓扑。 相似文献

A novel ac/dc/ac converter topology with three-level pulsewidth modulated (PWM) scheme for the single-phase ac/dc rectifier and random PWM scheme for ac drives is proposed. In order to improve the power quality in the single-phase rectifier, a ROM-based (read-only memory) control scheme, based on hysteresis current comparator, region detector, and capacitor compensator, is used to achieve a sinusoidal line current with low current distortion. The control scheme of the adopted three-level rectifier is easy to implement. The blocking voltage of power switches is clamped to half of the dc bus voltage. To reduce the mechanical vibration from an induction motor, random pulse position PWM scheme is adopted to spread the harmonics in a wide frequency range which results in the reduction of torque pulsation in the ac motor drives. A circuit-oriented approach to the analysis of pulsewidth modulation (PWM) converters is presented. This method relies on the identification of a three-terminal nonlinear device, called the PWM switch, which consists of only the active and passive switches in a PWM converter. Once the invariant properties of the PWM switch are determined, its average equivalent circuit model can be derived. This model is versatile enough to easily account for storage-time modulation of bipolar junction transistor(s) (BJTs); the DC- and small-signal characteristics of a large class of PWM converters can then be contained by a simply replacing the PWM switch with its equivalent circuit model. Three pulse-width modulation (PWM) control schemes for a single-phase power-factor-correction (PFC) AC/DC converter are presented to improve the power quality. A diode bridge with two power switches is employed as a PFC circuit to achieve a high power factor and low line current harmonic distortion. The control schemes are based on look-up tables with hysteresis current controller (HCC) to generate two-level or three-level PWM on the DC side of diode rectifier. Based on the proposed three control schemes, the line current is driven to follow the sinusoidal current command which is in phase with the supply voltage, and two capacitor voltages on the DC bus are controlled to be balanced. The simulation and experimental results of a 1 kW converter with load as well as line voltage variation and shown to verify the proposed control schemes. It is shown that unity PFC is achieved using a simple control circuit and the measured line current harmonics satisfy the IEC 1000-3-2 requirements 相似文献

This paper presents a comprehensive study of a full bridge (FB) zero-current switched (ZCS) PWM converter which is suitable for high-voltage and high-power DC application that achieves ZCS for all active switches, and zero-voltage-switched (ZVS) operation for all diodes on the high voltage side. The given converter utilizes component parasitic parameters, particularly for the high-voltage transformer, and employs fixed-frequency phase-shift control to implement soft-switching commutations. Detailed steady state analysis of the converter power stage is presented for the first time and the major features of the converter's power stage are discussed. Small-signal characteristics are also presented and accompanied by a discussion of the controller design and implementation. A design example is also presented based on the steady state analysis and is validated by simulation. Theoretical and simulated results are in good agreement 相似文献
