航天器地面模拟试验中压力变送器自动校准技术

摘    要:文章基于在航天器地面模拟试验中的压力计量测试需求,针对常用的一种压力变送器,开发了一套自动校准系统。通过在LabVIEW平台上设计虚拟仪器测控软件,实现了自动控制校准设备、自动生成证书和自动创建压力变送器参数登记本及计算校准费等,提高了压力变送器的校准效率和测量精度,满足了日常工作的需要,保证了航天器地面模拟试验中压力测量数值的准确性。

Abstract:This paper presents a pressure transmitter in the space environment simulator. With its hardware and software, the automatic controlled calibration, the automatic certificate generation, the automatically created parameter registration book and the calculation of the calibration fees are achieved. The efficiency and the measurement accuracy are improved for the pressure transmitter. The accuracy of the pressure measurement in the spacecraft environment simulator is ensured.
