摘    要:依据某运输机机翼壁板等疲劳裂纹扩展的试验结果进行统计分析,给出了一种壁板可靠性分析的工程模型及数值结果,文中采用了Weibull分布获得给定置信度下的P-da/dN-△K曲线,进而又对相同可靠度下不同壁板刚度比的疲劳裂纹扩展速率进行了比较,这些结果可为飞机结构耐久性损伤容限及可靠性设计提供依据。

Abstract:Based on the wing panel test results of a transport airplane and others, an engineering model and numerical results for the reliability analysis of wing panels are given in this paper through statistical analysis. TheP-da/ dn-ΔKCurves are obtained by using Weibull distribution under a given confidence. Furthermore, a comparison is made between the fatigue crack growth rates of panels for the same reliability and different stiffness ratios. These results can be used as an important reference in durability, damage tolerance design and reliability design of aircraft structures.
