飞机飞行载荷试飞意外超载因素分析及应对

摘    要:飞机飞行载荷试飞是验证飞机结构强度、刚度满足强度规范及研制要求必不可少的技术环节。通过对飞机飞行载荷试飞方法及执行模式的讨论,分别研究了试飞典型试验点选取、载荷测量系统误差、飞机飞行特性误差等关键因素,对飞机意外超载现象的影响。最后结合试飞工作,提出了合理规划飞行试验点,完成飞机严重载荷状态预计,制定超载允差门槛值等试飞风险应对预案等方法,为新机载荷试飞安全提供更为有力的保障。

Abstract:Aireraft flight loads test plays a very important role in verifying the structural strength andstifiness to meet the airplane strength specifications and development requirements. Based on themethods and execution modes of flight loads tests , the key factors such as typical test point selection.system errors of load measurements ,aircralt flight characteristic errors as well as other factors that maycause accidental overloading during design limit load test are studied. Finally ,combined with multiplemodel flight test experiences, some methods for solving flight test risks are proposed. Planning theflight test status reasonably ,completing the computation of aircrat with critical loads and setting overload threshold can provide more powerul protection for new aircraft within flight loads test.
