For the airplane door,stops are the important structure parts. When the cabin is pressur.ized , the stops will prevent the door from opening. The arrangement and configuration design of thestops of certain semi-plug door are introduced. The tolerances of the stops contact area are analyzed.The influenee factors of every direction tolerance of the stop are analyzed. The calculation formulasof the tolerances for the stops contact plane and the axis direction of the plane are given by analyzingthe influence factors to every direction tolerance of the stops. The formulas will be the references forsome key dimensions and adjustment methods. So the research is useful for stops design and assem.bly adjustment.
