民用飞机舱门挡块设计及公差分析

摘    要:挡块是堵塞式舱门的主要结构件,在舱内增压时阻止舱门打开。文中介绍了某半堵塞式舱门上的挡块布局及构型的设计,并对挡块接触区域进行了公差分析。分析了挡块各个方向公差的影响因素,给出了挡块在接触平面上及垂直于接触平面上公差的计算公式,作为挡块设计时确定某些关键尺寸及调整方案的参考,对于挡块的设计制造以及安装调整,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:For the airplane door,stops are the important structure parts. When the cabin is pressur.ized , the stops will prevent the door from opening. The arrangement and configuration design of thestops of certain semi-plug door are introduced. The tolerances of the stops contact area are analyzed.The influenee factors of every direction tolerance of the stop are analyzed. The calculation formulasof the tolerances for the stops contact plane and the axis direction of the plane are given by analyzingthe influence factors to every direction tolerance of the stops. The formulas will be the references forsome key dimensions and adjustment methods. So the research is useful for stops design and assem.bly adjustment.
