带冠整体涡轮盘电火花加工CAD/CAM技术

摘    要:叙述了作者研发的带冠整体涡轮盘电火花加工专用CAD/CAM系统--BliskCad/Cam.该系统解决了电极设计与制造、加工轨迹搜索、加工仿真与精度检测等技术难题.对某航空发动机的带冠整体涡轮盘进行的实验结果表明,BliskCad/Cam完全能够满足加工精度要求,并缩短加工准备时间50%以上.

Abstract:To produce shrouded turbine blisk by electro-discharge machining(EDM),a special CAD/CAM system called the BliskCad/Cam is developed to solve the problems,such as electrode designing and manufacturing,searching path for multi-axis NC-EDM,and precision measurement and detection,etc.BliskCad/Cam can perform parametrical reconstruction of 3-D model of the blisk,intelligent design of complex shape electrode,automatical generation of NC codes for electrode manufacturing,searching of interference-free tool path for multi-axis NC-EDM and machining simulation,etc.An experiment on the shrouded blisk of a certain aeroengine proves that BliskCad/Cam meets the requirements of high precision machining,and also reduces 50% of the accessorial time.
