| Abstract: | In this paper, from the view of concept and mechanism of ESS, the issues which often occur during confirm condition and engineering practices of ESS were summarized and analyzed, also, the common attention items was presented. The effect of ESS should be exert absolutely to make the possibility about happening of under-stress and over-stress as low as possible. |
