| 摘 要： | 根据软件可靠性的建模过程对Eurocat—X软件的失效数据进行分析。通过非线性回归方法估计模型参数，比较3种模型的拟合度，得出最适用于该软件的可靠性模型．并预测其软件可靠性。

| Abstract: | According to the modelling process of software reliability,we analyzed Eurocat-X software failure data, compared the fitting degree of the three models by estimated the model parameters with non-linear regress, obtains the most suitable model for the software ,and predicts the reliability of the software. |
