圆柱壳热应力的理论与实验研究

摘    要:本文根据薄壳的经典理论,导出了在受有轴对称的多项式温度分布条件下,圆柱壳的位移、内力和热应力的理论公式。并以三次多项式温度分布为例,计算了三种边界条件(自由端、固支端、简支端)下,理论的和有限元的热应力曲线,对固支端进行了热应力实验,绘制了实验曲线。最后,对三种情况作了分析对比,结果表明,理论与有限元计算曲线相当吻合,计算与实验曲线分布趋势一致。

Abstract:This papar presents theoretical formulas of deflections internal stresses and thermal stresses in cylindrical shells subjected to axisymmetrical temperature distributions. The formulas are derived from the classical theory of thin shells, The thermal stresses for three kinds of boundary conditions are calculated separately by the theoretical formulas derived from a cubic polynomial temperature distribution and by the finite element method, SAP5 program. The tests of thermal stresses have been conducted in the fixed end of cylindrical shell, and experimental curves are given. Comparisons are made between the theoretically calculated results of the three kinds of boundary conditions and that of the finite element method, and the agreement is satisfactory. The calculating results are also compared with the experimental data
