| 摘 要： | 针对取样示波器时基抖动对被测信号的影响,建立取样示波器时基抖动的信号模型,进行理论分析,并用最小二乘法估计时基抖动的方差,然后通过概率密度反卷积法去除时基抖动。通过实测数据进行计算,发现该方法能最大程度地修正取样示波器时基抖动对被测信号的影响。
