摘    要:研究了非合作运动辐射源照射条件下的动目标检测问题。分析了此背景下的地杂波空时频分布特性,并结合非合作系统数据处理特点提出了地杂波环境下的运动目标空时频联合检测方法,该方法利用杂波与目标在空时频三维域上的可分性解决了时频二维域上杂波覆盖目标的问题,将非合作领域中一般的时频检测方法推广为对时域数据的空域-频域二维联合滤波,仿真结果表明当目标信号与杂波信号在空时频三维域不出现重合的条件下,该方法能够有效地抑制杂波和噪声,实现地杂波背景下的动目标检测。

Abstract:Moving-target detection under the condition of non-cooperative moving emitter illumination is studied.Ground clutter's space-time-frequency distribution characteristics are analyzed firstly.Then a space-time-frequency union detection method for moving-target is proposed against the background of non-cooperative detection system.The method can solve the detection problem of clutter covered target in the two dimensional time-frequency domain by separating target and clutter in the three dimensional space-time...
