真空条件下冷板传热分析

摘    要:当两个或多个试件在同一空间环境模拟器内进行热真空试验时,减少互相之间热影响的有效措施就是用液氮冷板将两个试件隔开.文章根据节点网络法的原理建立了冷板热模型,利用thermal desktop热分析软件进行了数值分析计算,得出了冷板管路的流量分布及管路内流体的温度分布,并对不同的翅片结构在相同工况下的温度分布进行了分析.通过冷板结构对热流分布影响的分析结果为今后冷板的设计和利用提供了依据.

Abstract:When two or more specimens are tested in a space environment simulator at the same time, their mutual temperature influence should be prevented, and the cold plate is used for that purpose. In this paper, a numerical simulation is carried out using Thermal Desktop with the thermal model of the cold plate, to obtain the distribution of flow rate and temperature. It is shown that the structure of the plate fin influences the temperature distribution.
