摘    要:1.结构模型 我国航空发动机的盘片榫联结一直是盘上轴向开槽。最近引进的西方发动机,有盘上周向开槽的燕尾榫或类似的圆弧榫。轴向开槽的燕尾榫的研究已有过报导。本文介绍对周向开槽结构的微动磨损疲劳特征的一些研究结果。

Abstract:The feature of fretting fatigue and stress distribution of a blade-to-disc circumferential dovetail joints in a typical gas turbine is discussed. The method of calculation and test presented here can be used to determine stress, displacement fields and contact state in interface, and also to determine fretting extent and predict the location of crack which will spread. Besides, this calculation and test method could be developed to predict fretting fatigue life and to study other types of joints as well.Circumferential dovetail joints have compared with axial dovetail joints which have been studied and some results have been published before.
