基于RT—LAB的半实物仿真系统研究

摘    要:半实物仿真是导弹研制过程中的一个重要环节,仿真实验可以最小的成本检验导弹各个部件的性能及工作的协调性。本文基于某型红外导引头半实物仿真系统,详细介绍了QNX下自制板卡驱动程序的开发方法、编程要点以及可能遇到的问题,给出了RT~LAB软件的使用方法以及仿真模型的搭建方法。研究表明,RT—LAB可以方便快捷地将Simulink模型应用于半实物仿真系统,使用QNX系统作为目标节点,提高了仿真系统的实时性、稳定性和可靠性。某型红外导引头的半实物仿真系统中的运行结果表明该系统运行稳定、可靠。

Abstract:Hardware-in the loop simulation plays a very important role in missile design. Simulation can test the performance and harmony of each part of the missile at minimum cost. This paper presents the development method and programming essentials of PCI card driver under QNX based on simulation of X-type IR seeker. Some problems that may be encountered in the process are described in detail. The paper also presents a guide to RT LAB and how to design the simulation model. The research shows that RT-LAB can apply Simulink model in hardware-in-theqoop simulation system conveniently and rapidly. The system takes QNX as the target node and improves stability, reliability and the real time performance of the simulation. The result indicates that the simulation system is stable and reliable in simulation of X-type IR seeker.
